The last bell rang indicating the end of the school day. Like all the students Taehyung was happy about the tiring day of school ending. They were not even seniors but the school was pressuring them like it was a senior year. He wished he could just go to the first year of school and enjoy his freedom when things were not so hectic.
Students were leaving and Taehyung could feel the classroom room getting more and more empty. He watched the cherry blossoms outside the window loving the spring season.
He knew it was going to get chilly after a while. He sat there as his mind wandered off to different things until the memories of lunch break started playing in his mind. The images of bright doe eyes which were staring at him intently flashed in his mind. He remembered the boy calling him Taehyungie cutely in his small voice which Taehyung would love to hear again.
As he kept thinking about the boy, unknowingly to him a smile crept on his face.
'Who are you thinking smiling so much?' Bogum asked, sitting on the desk of Taehyung.
'No, it's nothing.' Taehyung replied, snapping out of his thoughts about the brown haired boy.
'Let's go to the movies. There is a new movie out I want to watch,' Bogum said.
'Nope.' Taehyung replied, straight out rejecting Bogum. 'What are we a couple or something, Why would I watch a movie with you?'
'But you like boys too and I know your last relationship was with a boy. So it's not like, it's uncomfortable for you. You must have gone on a movie date with your ex-boyfriend and friends go to the movies all the time too,' Bogum said, whining to the red haired boy.
The mention of an ex-boyfriend stirred up old memories as the expression on his face darkened without him realising.
'So what do you say?' Bogum asked and the boy who was lost in his thoughts muttered a 'huh?'. 'About movie ! Are you coming?' Bogum repeated again. Knowing Bogum isn't going to drop it, so he said, 'yes,' agreeing.
Both stood up getting ready to leave the school until Taehyung felt a slight burning sensation in his left eye. He closed his eyes hastily and started to rub his eyes with the palm of his one hand. Bogum noticing this asked the other 'What happened Taehyung?'
'I don't know, I think something got in my eyes.'
'Okay hold on,' Bogum said inching closer to the other. Removing Taehyung's hand which was rubbing his own eyes he slowly forced his eyes to open, which were closely shut. He moved his head closer to Taehyung's and blew air to his eye while inspecting if something was inside.
A sudden thumping sound of foot was heard and both boys snapped their attention towards the door from where the sound came from. But there was no one.
Drawing back his attention to Taehyung, Bogum asked 'Does it feel better now?'
'Yeah I think I am good now.' Taehyung said as both boys leaving the classroom.
