Chapter XVII

~day 17~

Raven's pov

I looked at the woman known as Leilani. I am thinking why my sister picked her. She is a lovely girl from what I've learned about her. I sensed that she was not a normal human. I listened to the way she talked even watched the way she moved when she talked.

"Raven?" She asked looking at me. "Yes?" I asked her. "Are you listening to me?" She asked me. "Sorry I was not. Could you tell me again what you were saying?" I asked her.

She huffed. "I was talking about how I met your sister." She said. "Oh yeah!" I said looking at her. We were at the dining area and talking. "Continue explaining how you met my sister." I said to her.

She nods and begins to explain from the beginning. I listened to every word she said. We were eating while we talked. After we ate we went back to her room, which the boy that's named Nasir was awake and he was writing in a book.

"Nasir?" Leilani said to the boy making him jump. "Jeezz Leilani you really need to learn not to sneak...-" He turned and looked at us surprised. "Who's this?" He asked.

"My name's Raven, I'm Lucinda's twin sister." I said. Nasir stood up and closed the book he had. "Seriously Leilani, please do not startle me like that." He said putting the book beside his bed.

"So you're Lucinda's sister?" He asked me. I nodded. "Yes and I heard you're dating a werewolf." I said to him walking in. Leilani closed the door behind her and smiled at me. "Yes I am. His name is Augustine." He said.

"That's a pretty girly name for a boy." I said with a small chuckle. "It does. He even admitted that when I first met him." Nasir said. "At least you two are happy." I said.
