~Month 5~Lucinda's pov
I was sitting in my room when I heard Adam's voice on the other side of the door. "Lucinda?" He asked. "Yes Adam?" I asked opening the door a little. "I wanted to say something to you. I had a son when I was alive." Adam said.
"Who was it?" "Nasir." Adam said. "He's your son?" I asked. He nodded and looked at me. "I really miss him." He said. I could see tears coming to his eyes.
'He really does miss his son...' I thought. I hugged him gently. "You'll get to see him again someday. I know you will!" I said rubbing his back. He cried into my shoulder.
"I just wish I never lied to him when he was 6... I had to erase his memory when he was 6 years old.." He said. "Come in and talk to me about it." I said letting him in. We walked over to my bed and sat down.
"Why did you have his memory erased?" I asked. "It's because he wouldn't understand what he was when he was little. He wouldn't understand that he's not normal." Adam said softly. "What makes him not normal?"
"He's like the demons that killed my wife..." Adam said. "A Saintos?" I asked. He nodded. "He got it from me..." He said in a soft voice. "You're a Saintos?" I asked and he nodded.
"I am.. That's one of the other reasons why I don't get to spend eternity with my wife." Adam said sadly. I rubbed his back. "It's okay. But why would Nasir not understand?" I asked. "Because he's always seen Saintos as bad people. He would never see me as his dad aver again if he knew the truth then." He said sighing.
"I understand.." I said softly. Adam got up. "I'm going to go back to my room. The maids will be bringing lunch up here soon so." He said with a soft and small smile. "Okay, be safe." I said to him. "I will." He said then walked away.
