Onyx eyes was the first thing I saw when I opened my eyes. My body felt heavy, I can barely move them. Seeing her again made me happy.
"Boruto" Sarada exclaimed in excitement. She hugged me immediately, Boruto suddenly felt pain at the side of my stomach. He groaned in pain, letting Sarada know He was hurt. "Oh gosh, I'm sorry, I forgot." She said while letting go. Silence filled the room before Sarada broke it. "I'll call mom and the others to check up on you, just rest" She said, standing up to leave. "Please stay" Boruto pleaded. As much as Sarada wanted to stay, she had to leave, she wanted him to get better quickly. "I have to, Boruto. It will only be for awhile. I'll also get some food, do you want one? " She said. "Okay... I'd like a burger please." He answered. "Okay... I'll be back" She said before leaving the room. He stared at her figure leaving the room. He was still weak but he wanted to go with Sarada. He wanted to be by her side everytime. He wanted to protect her always even if he gets hurt.
Sakura entered the room, "Are you okay?" She asked, breaking Boruto's train of thoughts. "Yes" Boruto said. Sakura proceeded to check up on him. "Sakura-san, Is it okay with you if I confess to Sarada" He asked bluntly. Sakura was surprised with the unexpected question. She didn't know what to say, she didn't want to hurt his feelings but she felt protective of Sarada. Boruto saw Sakura's reaction, "Sorry if I surprised you or anything, you might even not want to hear that, but I want to tell her how I feel. Ya know, after what happened to me, I wanted to at least tell her how I feel gf or her. Life's too short, and full of other things but I want to live my life with Sarada. I know it might be deep but I really want your opinion"
Sakura was shocked, he really loved her, she felt that if Sarada would be with anyone, it should be with Boruto. She knows that Boruto will do anything to protect her daughter. "It's okay" She said to Boruto "Really!" Boruto replied, Sarada nodded. Boruto couldn't believe it. "I don't know about Sasuke, though" Sakura said, Boruto felt worried knowing his master would probably not want his student to date his daughter...
