The princess receives her crown at the most speculator event of the season! She is grateful for all her loyal subjects. She glances where Juleka motions to the trench-like areas around the castle.
The guards inspect the waters immediately in obedience to the princess's orders. The results are horrendous since the bodies inside the second moat appear to be someone she knows. These royal servants do not wish to upset her.
"Well, out with it!" The queen shouts at them.
"It is bad news, oh, queen," The guard mutters.
"Bad news, what kind of bad news?" She wishes to know.
The men take her by the hands and lead her to the moats.
The queen gasps as she demands the bodies to be removed at once. She takes a closer inspection of them.
To her relief, neither of them is Prince Adrien or Princess Kalie. Why do they wear the clothes that belong to her friends? The deaths are more of a mystery in themselves. What misfortunes could have befallen her close friends?
"Has anyone seen Adrien or Kalie?" She questions.
"No, your majesty," Juleka shakes her head in response.
"Where are they?"
"I saw them take leave of the castle a few days ago," Another servant responds.
