Percy POV:

As everyone else woke up, the house quickly became animated. Leo was actually silent, which slightly surprised me. I kept checking my phone, waiting for it to get a decent charge. Annabeth had successfully woken everybody up. She and Piper seemed to be talking to each other about something.

After a couple minutes, the two Grace siblings started passing around plates, each with 3 pieces of french toast on it. I grabbed the one handed to me along with a fork, nodding a thanks. I blinked, annoyed I wasn't fully awake yet.

"It's Saturday, right?" Leo asked.

"Uhm... Yes," Hazel said, after looking at her phone. Leo nodded, taking a huge bite from his food.

"Cool," Leo said nodding. Finishing the food on my plate, I stood and headed into the kitchen. Before rinsing my plate, I took a couple seconds to try and calm my nerves. I was overwhelmed with worry about what Poseidon and Amphitrite would say. I took a couple deep breaths with my eyes closed.

"You okay?"

I jumped and spun around. Leo was standing in front of me, holding a couple empty plates. I nodded, focusing on re-calming my heartbeat.

"Are you sure? You've been in here a while." He walked around me placing the plates in the sink.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" I asked, nervously chuckling. Leo gave me a strange look. I shrugged it off, trying to seem like a normal person.

"You're acting strange...er than normal." Leo walked passed me. I have to get my act together! I thought to myself. I placed my plate in the sink and walked back into the living room. Other than a couple glances, nobody said anything to me.

I checked my phone, seeing that it was at 20 percent. I opened my texts seeing one from Amphitrite.

A (7:30 pm) : I'm assuming since you haven't told us when you'll be home yet, that you're staring over there for the night.

A (9:05 pm) : Text me in the morning when you get a chance. Goodnight.

The thing about texts is you can never really tell someone's emotion. Gabe used to send messages formed to look nice on the surface, but if you knew him, he messages were actually full of anger.

Reading her texts, I had trouble figuring out if she was mad at me or not. She didn't seem like the type of person to get angry easily. But, growing up with Gabe taught me that any little mistake could set someone off.

I sent an apology text back to her, letting her know I wasn't planning on staying the night. I re-iterated my apology and hit send. I placed my phone back down, hoping she wasn't too mad at me.

P (9:47 am) : I'm sorry I didn't text you back. We were watching movies and I accidentally fell asleep.I wasn't trying to ignore you. I know that isn't an excuse and I'm sorry.

Looking around the room I noticed Annabeth looking at me strangely. After she noticed I caught her staring, she went back to talking with Leo and Piper. Great. I thought. They're probably talking about me. I sighed. I felt someone walk up beside me.

"You look stressed. Is everything okay?" Hazel asked. I look at her.

"Why is everyone asking me that?" I responded.

"First of all, you dodged the question. Secondly, maybe people keep asking you, because it looks like something is bothering you." Hazel crossed her arms. I scoffed.

"Nothing is bothering me. Everything is fine, everything is great. Peachy. Nothing is wrong. Does that clear anything up?" I asked, crossing my arms, matching her pose.

"No, nothing is cleared up. Believe it or not, the people in this room actually care about you." For some reason, I had trouble believing her. I heard my phone go off behind me, causing me to jump slightly. Hazel just raised her eyebrow.

"Right. Everything is 'peachy'." She continued to stare at me. I shifted on my feet awkwardly.

"I should probably look to see what that was." I said. I turned around and opened my phone. I heard Hazel sigh behind me.

"If you ever need to talk to anyone, I'm here, okay? We all are." She walked off. I glanced behind me, to see her sitting in between Leo and Piper. I looked back at my phone, a weird feeling washing over me. I felt for some reason that I messed up somehow.

On my screen there was a message from Amphitrite.

A (9:50 am) : No need to apologize. I just wanted to make sure you were safe. Do you know what time you will be home?

A (9:51 am) : No need to rush home. Just let me know what is happening.

I glared at me screen, unsure how to respond. I couldn't help but think that she was just acting nice. Stop it. She isn't him. He isn't here anymore.

P (9:55 am) : I was planning on heading home anyways.

A (9:57 am) : Alright. See you in a little bit.

I started gathering my stuff together. After double checking I had everything, I stood up.

"You leaving?" Annabeth said. I nodded slightly.

"Do you need a ride?" Jason asked.

"No, I'll just walk home."

"At the Grace house, we must make sure all guests get home safely." Thalia piped up. "Let him drive you home. He drove you here, so you already know he drives slow enough that even if you get in an accident, you won't be hurt." Jason smacked Thalia's arm.

"Come on," Jason said, walking out the door. I followed behind him.

Alright! I actually got something published. I know I update slow enough, but I start work on Friday, so updating won't be my number one priority. Not to mention school starts up next month, and that is going to be chaotic.

While writing this chapter, my snake decided to give me a heart attack. Of course, I am irresponsible when it comes to sleeping so this was written at one in the morning, while I was rewatching ATLA (again lol). My snake (Slytherin) was climbing up the side of his tank, but the way the light was, I couldn't see the glass so I thought he got out.

While on the topics of snakes, two of my other snakes (Rumplesnakeskin - Rumple for short & Rumplegreyskin - Greyskin for short) shed this week and it looks like Slytherin is milked too. It would be funny if all three corn snakes shed this close together. If Shere Khan, my ball python, was milked last week they could all shed together, lol. It takes him longer than the corn snakes to shed.

Also, to clear things up, because I will probably talk about my pets later on. Waffles, my pug-chihuahua mix is 7 years old and is actually my mom's dog. Blitz is my pitbull-German shepherd- shih tzu mix who is actually my dog. Slytherin is actually mine. Rumple and Greyskin are my dad's. Shere Khan is my brother's. That probably just made things more confusing lol.

Last thing. There are a lot of comments about Percabeth. I can't remember if I said Percabeth was going to happen or not, but with so many people expecting it, I'm temped to make Jercy or something happen. I love Percabeth, but it sort of feels like that is what people are demanding of me, meaning I really don't wan't to make it happen. Though nobody actually reads A/N's , especially ones that are this long. So me putting this in here probably won't matter.  Oh well...

Anyways, thank you (most of you) who have been patient with me and my slow updates. One reason I originally stopped writing this because all of the demands to update, which makes me not want to update. Idk, it's probably petty, but when strangers demand I do something, I don't want to do it.

Again, thank you to the people who have been patient with me. It really means a lot.

Wow...this really is a long A/N. I'll stop rambling, because I'm pretty sure you don't wanna hear my life story. Goodnight xD.
