"Ok, any new power developments over the last week?" Tony asked us.

I lifted my arm, feeling like I was in high school again.

Tony pointed at me.

"I astral projected."

He laughed. "F.R.I.D.A.Y., make a note."

"No fair, I want that," Jennessa whined.

I looked over at her.

"Anybody else?"

Everyone stayed quiet.

We'd been doing these meetings every week to go over what new powers we had gotten from the activation of our x-gene.

"Ok, let's review. Elayna, your new powers are telepathy, telekinesis, force fields, metal detection, pain inducement, and astral projection. That everything, F.R.I.D.A.Y.?"

"And mental paralysis." She added.

"In other words, do not make Layn angry," Michael mumbled.

Tony handed me a clipboard.

"For your new Mutant I.D. card."

He moved over to Nessa and handed her one. "Organic crystalline form, strength, durability, flight, and crystal... blasts."

She nodded.

Then to T.J. "Steel skin, strength, durability, and healing factor."

Felicite took the next clipboard from Tony. "Precognition, persuasion by word of mouth, healing, empathy, and aural reading?"

She smirked at Tony. "I can tell you're annoyed."

He handed Luke and Michael their clipboards. "Cryrokinesis, hydrokinesis." He said, looking at Luke. "And teleportation," He said to Michael.

"Ok, you're mutant I.D. cards should come in the mail in about a week. Remember, you only need it with things regarding your powers, otherwise, use your state I.D. You don't have to reveal to anyone, other than the government that you are a mutant."

"Mine is going to say Mutate human and Mutant?" I asked, reading the information Tony had filled out on the form.

"Yeah, and there isn't enough space on the card to print all of your powers so they'll probably list the most powerful ones first. You know, telepathy, telekinesis, pain inducement, paralysis, your strength rating, things like that."

"Mine is a very shortlist," Michael spoke.

"Yeah, single power people over here!" Luke said.

"Cryrokinesis and hydrokinesis are actually two separate powers." F.R.I.D.A.Y. said.

Luke looked at me. "They're basically the same thing."

"So can we go now? I have to pick up lunch for Am." T.J. stood up.

"I recommend Delmar's. Best sandwiches in Queens." I told my brother.

"They got vegan options? She going through this whole thing right now. Everything has to be cruelty-free and vegan."

I laughed. "Yeah, they do."

"Alright, thanks." He handed the finished form to Tony.

"Next checkup is in a month, remember to take notes of every progression in your powers."

He nodded before waving to the rest of the group.

A flash of light came from Michael as he disappeared, and another flash appeared in front of Tony.
