"Guess who showed up this morning while I was talking to Tony?" I said as Peter took his shoes off.

"Luke,"

I tilted my head. "N-no, my uncle John."

"The one who sent the flowers like a month ago?" He asked as he sat next to me on the couch.

I nodded. "He wants to have dinner with us. He didn't even know I was married."

"How long has it been since you've seen him?"

"Not since my dad's funeral so about 8 years,"

Peter sighed. "Do you want to have dinner with him?"

"I don't know,"

"Does he even know anything about you?"

"I told him I do security work for Tony and I teach a self-defense class, and that you work as Oscorp, but I don't think he knows anything else."

Peter laid his head on my shoulder. "Well, it's up to you." He kissed my neck before he got up and went to the bedroom.

I leaned forward and closed my laptop.

I went to the kitchen and grabbed a ginger ale from the fridge before going to the bathroom. I set the bottle on the counted and opened the cabinet. I saw a box of tampons I had bought a couple of weeks ago but never ended up opening.

My period was over a week late.

I thought I could've been pregnant the last time this happened, two years ago but it was nothing.

I grabbed my makeup wipes and began taking everything off.

I'll wait a little longer and buy a test, just in case.

The last time this happened,  Peter was so disappointed when the test was negative, so I decided not to get his hopes up.

I saw him walk by the doorway, heading back to the living room.

"I don't really feel like cooking, wanna order something?" He yelled.

"Sure,"

I threw the wipe away and grabbed my face wash from the cabinet.

"What do feel like?" He said as he leaned in the doorway with his phone out.

"Delmar's?"

He looked up. "Yeah, let me grab my jacket."

"I'm feeling like a rooftop dinner date." I laughed, playing with the necklace that contained my suit.

He smiled. "Then let me get my suit."

I finished my skincare, put on my suit, and met Peter on the fire escape.

I put my mask on and looked at Peter, dressed in his dark blue and red suit.

The Stark logo appeared in the corner of the hud as everything else loaded.

"Good evening, Elayna."

"Hey, Harry."

"Would you like to establish a coms link to Mr. Parker's suit?"

"Yes, please." I grabbed onto the bars on the fire escape.

"What happened to your other hook?" Peter asked, seeing the wrist armor missing from my left arm.

"Oh, I lent it to Walker cause he didn't have anything to get around, and I'm not really going to need it. Tony's got a smaller version to go with the new suit."

"Why don't you just fly, since you can do that now."

I laughed. "Cause my powers are not enough to lift me more than 5 feet in the air. I can float, not fly."

Peter held his arm out, pulling me against him as he shot a web.

I tucked my head into his neck as we fell up the fire escape and swung through the air.

A couple of minutes later we landed in front of the shop Peter and I have loved since high school.

Peter and I have visited the shop in our suits before, we were both fairly sure Mr. Delmar knew who we were underneath, due to our orders but we knew he'd never tell anyone.

Peter held onto my hand as we entered the shop.

I looked at the snacks and candies while Peter took his wallet out from the pocket in his suit.

Mr. Delmar walked out from the back. "Ah, Spider-man, Ms. Black. Here to destroy my shop?"

I laughed, knowing he was just joking.

"Actually, we would like the usual please," Peter said.

"Right, a #5, with pickles and smushed, and a #8 with olives and pickles."

I grabbed two bags of chips and gummy worms for Peter.

"Excuse me,"

Peter and I looked down and saw a couple of kids.

"Could we get a picture with you?" They asked Peter.

"Yeah, of course."

Peter went over under the lights with the kids to take pictures.

I went into one of the aisles and grabbed a pregnancy test while Peter was occupied.

Mr. Delmar looked at me, then Peter. He smiled softly as he scanned it.

I took the test and hid it in one of the pouches on my belt.

Peter came back and handed him the money, not even noticing the total was more than usual.

"Have a good night,"

Peter and I left the shop and swung around until we landed on a roof with a beautiful of the city.

I took the sandwiches and chips out of the bag so Peter didn't have a chance to see what I had put in there.

"So how was the team's first day out in the field?" Peter asked, taking his mask off and unwrapping his food.

"Pretty good, they all followed my orders, and they even came up with codenames for each other."

Peter laughed. "What are they?"

"Jenna is Heatblast, Walker is Chromastone which is supposed to be like chrome and stone cause he can absorb materials, and Sweets is Ghost."

"Cool,"

I looked at Peter, handing him the positive test.

He sighed and smiled. "I think it's time we finally buy a house."

I laughed.

"You think they'll have your powers or mine?" He asked.

I shrugged. "Hopefully not both."

"What? Why?"

"Cause that would be a nightmare. A 3-year-old who can astral project while hiding on the ceiling? Imagine the temper tantrums. They wouldn't just be throwing toys, they'd be flying all over the room with telekinesis."
