The next morning, Delilah got up and ready. When she walked into the kitchen she saw that Scarlett was already sitting at the table with food.

"Hey, you finally woke up. Last night must have hit you hard, you never stay up this late."

Delilah walked towards the seat in front of Scarlett and sat down. "I know, I decided to sleep in."

Scarlett had her usual optimistic expression on. "So, did you have fun last night?"

Delilah grabbed a chocolate croissant and put it on her plate. "What do you want to hear?"

Scarlett frowned, "Hey, it couldn't have been that bad. You at least liked talking to Savannah, don't you. Oh! And do you like Mason." Scarlett really wanted to know the answer to the last one and was waiting for her to answer.

Delilah shrugged, "Yeah, she's cool. And, I do like Mason. He seems like a nice and genuine guy." Delilah squinted at her in question teasingly, "Where'd you find him?"

All of a sudden Scarlett laughed ghastly out loud. "I know right, I am so friggen lucky. And yeah, about Savannah, she actually asked us if we wanted to go shopping and have dinner later and I said yes." Scarlett had a big smile on while she watched Delilah whine.

"I have work to do."

Narrowing her eyes on Delilah, Scarlett pursed her lips, "I know your schedule, missy, and I know you are a whole week ahead, so don't even go there."

"For me to be ahead, I have to stay ahead."

Scarlett sipped on her coffee as she shook her head at Delilah. "I don't understand why you have to be ahead all the time, why can't you just be on time."

Sipping on her tea, since she didn't like coffee, Delilah grunted back.

"Anyways, we're going whether you like it or not."

Pursing her lips together, she knew she could do nothing as the two of them would drag her out. "Figures."

Getting ready, Delilah threw on denim jeans, a casual blouse, and a casual pair of brown sandals. She threw her hair up in a fast bun and paired it off with her sunglasses. Scarlett on the other hand as always was in expensive designer clothes. She had on a fancy off the shoulder white top, light washed jeans and heels.

"Are you ready?" Delilah had been sitting on the couch for the past 30 minutes waiting on Scarlett and she was growing annoyed.

While putting on her last touches, Scarlett screamed through her room to the living room, "Almost done!!"

As Scarlett finally walked out of her room and headed for the door, Delilah got up and grabbed her things as well.

"Ready?"

"Took you long enough."

"Ugh, we go through this every time." Every time they went somewhere, Delilah was always waiting on Scarlett and no matter how much it bothered her, it was the same every-time. "Anyways, let's go. Savannah's probably waiting for us at the cafe. We're going to have lunch first."

When they finally got to the cute cafe, Scarlett was right and Savannah was already sitting down at one of the round tables.
