"Hey, there you are. You were gone for a while, I was about to come and find you."

Forcing a smile for the 100th time of the day, Delilah sat down in her chair and answered her through her clenched teeth, "I'm fine."

Scarlett noticed the tension coming off of Delilah and asked, "Is something wrong, Lilah?"

Delilah looked down at the food in front of her and pretended to dig in, "I'm perfectly fine."

"Ok. You can tell me anything, you know that?"

"I do."

Deciding to let it go, Scarlett dug into her own food, paying no mind to Delilah whose hands were shaking from immense anger. She was so angry that the emotions in her were going wild. The anxiety that she had been feeling all week for this dreadful day was now replaced with anger and rage. Delilah's teeth were clenched together so hard she thought they were going to break, but even so, she doubted she would even care. She was too furious at the moment to care about anything. She wanted to scream, she wanted to scream at everyone, and to the world. But she couldn't. This was no place to do so. So as always, she just sat there with a forced smile on her face to show the world that she was fine, but on the inside, she was anything but that.

When they got to the penthouse, Delilah went straight to her bedroom and stripped out of her clothes, getting into the shower. She didn't even reach for the hot water, she wanted the water steaming cold because her entire body was burning up. At this point, she was so angry she didn't even have the energy to scream. She just stood in the shower and let the cold water pour down on her. At this point the cold water felt hot.

When she realized she was getting wrinkly, she decided to get out. As she looked at herself in the mirror, she saw red puffy eyes with dark circles underneath and eyeliner and mascara smudges over it all.

It should have frightened her, but somehow, Delilah thought it was the first time that her face represented what she was feeling inside so well. For what she saw wasn't a forced smile, but instead it was a face of anger and despair.

As she put her undergarments on and got under the covers, she went straight to a much needed sleep.

The next morning, although there was still a little bit of anger in her, she set it aside and walked down stairs after she got ready.

"Good morning guys."

"Good morning, I heard Scarlett said you weren't feeling well last night, are you better?"

Scarlett looked a little worried as she looked at Delilah and asked her the same thing. "Are you feeling better."

Delilah was sorry that she made her friends worried so she went over to them, hugged them, and kissed them on the cheek.

"I'm feeling much better today, thanks to you two. So when are we leaving today."

Savannah, pouted, "Sadly, right after breakfast, I have to be back at school tomorrow."

Letting out a breath of relief, Delilah tried comforting Savannah even though she was more than happy to get out of New York.

As the week passed by and Friday cam along, Delilah was glad to finally get a weekend to herself. The past two weeks had been too unusual and chaotic for her and she needed a break for herself.

Working on one of her assignments, her bedroom door slammed open. "Lilahhhhhh!!!!!!"

"Oh come on!!!!!" Knowing what was probably going to happen Delilah screamed into her pillow. "Can't a girl get a break!!"

Scarlet sneered, "School is a break to you." She then sneakily smiled. "That means, the weekend is your party time! Whoop Whoop!!!"

Delilah put her hand on her forehead and massaged her temples. "Oh please, what now?"

"Savannah's in town again."

Delilah's eyes went big as she uttered, "She's always in town," with an emphasize on 'always'.

Scarlett laughed and chirpily said, "She is, isn't she? Isn't it great, I now have someone who will do stuff with me and convince you to come along too!!"

"What do you want?" Delilah was over everything and wanted answers pronto.

"Soooo, we are having dinner with everyone today and you're coming!!"

Delilah shook her head and said, "I'm busy,"

But Scarlett was unfazed and started singing, "I don't careeee."

"Oh come on, let me have this week to myself for once!!" Delilah was the one whining this time.

"You've had the last 3 year's to yourself, so you better get ready by 8 or else I'm getting Savannah to get here."

"Ughh. I can't with you guys."

"We loveee youuu." Scarlett sung her sentence again and walked out the room.

"Ok!! I get it!! Stop singing already!!" Her singing was going to make Delilah go crazy.

"Wear something prettyyyyyyy!!!" Scarlett said from down the hall.

"Ok, Ok! Enough, or I'm not going to go!!!!" As Delilah screamed that, the singing automatically stopped and she smiled in satisfaction.

"I'll just get Savannah thennnnnnn!!!!!" Clearly Scarlett wasn't afraid of her threat.

Delilah slammed her head onto her pillow and screamed. "UGGHHHH!!!"
