"Yes, just stop the cab right there!" I said to the driver.

He stopped the cab just at the spot where I wanted him to, at the left side of the main road. A comparatively narrow alley divided directly from the main road which would lead me to my final destination, the Mansion.

"Can you go by yourself? You have heavy luggages with you. Are you sure you don't need help?" The middle aged man who was driving the cab said; I gave him a smile of gratitude.

"No, no Dada (elder brother)! I will be fine. I am a regular here!" I said smilingly and came out from the cab. He opened the dickey of the car and I took my luggages before handing over the cash.

"Thank you!" I smiled and he nodded his head before starting the engine and drove off from here.

Sighing deeply I started walking on the alleyway. The morning Sun was spreading it's beautiful golden rays on the nature; gentle cold breeze of the hills was blowing making me shiver a little. Today was the third weekend of the December, Sunday. The Christmas was approaching in next week. Inhaling the fresh air of the hills I smiled a little.

It's really long since I could smell the odour of the green leaves of the woods! I love staying here!

It had been 15 days since that day when I left Dooars for going on long break. After the conversation with Chandramallika at the station I decided to stay and gave him a chance.

He deserves it!

He was compelled by that woman and it was not his fault that he couldn't control his actions. But still some where it hurted as I couldn't do anything for him neither he could.

But now everything is sorted out, thankfully!

During these days at my home I spent time with Maa (Mother), Bhai (Brother), Swapna, Pratik. Before my leaving from that 'house', he was doing some job in a reputed company as an intern. From those days he was willing to go for the higher posts and he got one after impressing them with his intelligence; thankfully.

No wonder why he was so willing to let me go for my dreams! Such a great planner!

We were residing in the new house, away from that 'house' and gradually I stopped calling that ower of that 'house' father. Maa was more than happy now; her health was improving gradually.

15 days had been spent on going out with Swapna and pratik; eating the home food and nagging my Bhai's ( brother's) life to the core and making him mad.

I am sure that he is hidding his love life from me; secretly dating someone!

I chuckled lightly remembering his blushing face. That was funny though.

Walking on the path I came near my destination; I could see the main door of the Mansion from here. Within minutes I reached to the gate and opened it. Security guards didn't ask for the identification card and smiled at me.

He remembers me after all.

Still couldn't believe Chandramallika that it was the same place where Devarati supposed to come that night.

Aditya guarded everything..

Opening the gate I entered into the Mansion's front garden and found Malikaka working on the a part of the garden; Aditya was standing near him giving instructions. I didn't tell anyone about my arrival apart from Chandramallika who found my phone number from the office.
