A big mess

Georgie and Elvis got on the train and headed down to London. They had rang Charlie and told him they were coming to speak to him they were supposed to be there for 4pm. They arrived at their hotel that they had booked that morning at 3pm and dumped their bags heading back out to catch the bus. Once they arrived Charlie greeted them and smiled "come on then you two" he said they followed him in and Georgie grabbed Elvis's hand "it's alright" he said quietly she nodded and Charlie smiled as they all sat down. "I've got a feeling you two are going to tell me something that's going to cause me a problem" he said Georgie looked at Elvis "you can tell him" she said "Georgie can't come on tour to Syria" Elvis blurted out "you better have a good reason Lane" Charlie said "I wish I could come boss, you know I would if I could" she said he nodded "so what's the reason?" He asked "I'm pregnant" she said quietly "pregnant?" He asked she nodded taking a deep breath "and I'm sorry, it's such a fucking mess I know" she cried "hey, it's alright" Charlie said "I didn't want this boss" she said "Georgie, Georgie look at me" he said she looked at him tears streaming down her cheeks "it doesn't matter, you are going to be a fantastic mum" he said she didn't know what to say she just shook her head "are you quitting aswell?" He asked looking at Elvis "training sf soldiers" he said Charlie nodded "she needs you by the looks of it" he said Georgie looked up at him "I know you don't think you need anyone Georgie but..." Charlie said "no, no you're right I do need him, I need some sort of support" she said Charlie smiled "so what are you going to do Georgie?" He asked "train medics I suppose" she said he nodded "come here" he said standing up she stood up and hugged him "Lane look at me" he said she looked up at him "you are going to be a fantastic mum, don't you ever think otherwise alright?" He said "I wish I could believe you" she said he smiled "you let me know when this little soldier is born because I want a cuddle" he smiled she nodded and smiled "of course" she said "I'm sure molly would too" he smiled she nodded "I still talk to her everyday" she smiled he smiled "I'm glad" he smiled Georgie nodded and sat down again and they all had a chat for a while. "Ah" Georgie said grabbing her stomach "George you alright?" Elvis said she nodded "yeah just a cramp" she said "no it's not, you're hurting" Elvis said "shit. Is this normal?" She cried holding her stomach "come here babe" Elvis said she collapsed into his arms and Charlie looked worried "Georgie, Georgie love stand up" he said Elvis stood up and so did Georgie "you're bleeding" he said she just burst into tears "I'm losing it aren't I?" She cried "it's alright Georgie, we're going to get you some help" Elvis said holding her to his chest "I'll call 111 see what they say" Charlie said.
"Take her to the hospital" Charlie said after putting the phone down "come on I'll drive" he said Elvis nodded "thank you"he said "you don't have to do that Charlie, we can... ah... get the bus" she cried "you can't get the bus in that state" he said picking up his jacket and wrapping it around her to cover the blood stains "come on let's go and get you sorted" he said she nodded and they got in the car and Charlie drove to the hospital. They took her in and got her seen "Georgina?" A nurse said she walked in crippled over in pain followed by Elvis. She lied on the bed and they did an ultrasound "baby's heart is beating" smiled the midwife Georgie breathed a massive sigh of relief "is it okay? Is it going to be okay?" She asked "it seems fine, this could just be implantation bleeding" she smiled Georgie cried into her hands in relief "shit i was so scared" she cried "it's alright, everything's alright" Elvis said rubbing her arm breathing out himself. "Well Georgie, I would advise taking it easy for a while but I don't think it's anything to be worried about" she smiled "thank you" she said wiping her eyes "go on, go and get some rest" she smiled Georgie nodded and Elvis helped her up and they walked back out to Charlie "everything's fine" Elvis said as he walked up to Charlie. Charlie smiled "of course it is, that baby is bound to be tough, look at the parents it's got" he smiled Georgie smiled wiping the remainder of her tears.
They got back to the hotel and had a chilled night, heading back home the next day.
Georgie walked through the door and her mum smiled "alright George, you look a bit drained" she said "I am a bit drained" she smiled putting her bags down "are you alright?" She asked Georgie shook her head crying "oh baby, what's wrong?" She asks hugging her "I started bleeding yesterday, I thought I had lost it" she cried her mum just held her close "did you get checked over?" She asked georgie nodded "everything's fine" she said wiping her eyes Grace smiled "why don't I go and put the kettle on?" She said Georgie nodded and Elvis rubbed her shoulders from behind "I love you" he said kissing her neck from behind her "and I love you" he said wrapping his arms around her and putting his hands on her belly. She just lent back into his arms and closed her eyes "I was so scared" she said "see you are a good mum" he said "what?" She asked turning to face him "you care, you care about that baby so much, you would have done anything to make sure that baby was alright" he said she took a deep breath and nodded just hugging him sighing into his chest "stay with me Elvis, I need you" she said he smiled and kissed her head "you're not getting rid of me ever" he said she nodded "good" she said holding him close. They sat at the table and drank their coffee and then unpacked their stuff and laying down having a little sleep.
