Description: Master Chemist has three parts, universal chemical knowledge or UCK for short, chemical creation
and chemical control.
UCK: User has knowledge of all known chemicals
Chemical Creation: User can create any chemical from any body part, even severed body parts! User can even create chemical concoctions without the need for raw materials.
Chemical Control: User can control any chemical that they have created, for example, the user has created oxygen, they can now manipulate it even going as far as manipulating the density of the oxygen to make a dagger out of the air itself and move lead with what is basically telekinesis!
Quirk Weaknesses: (If you are interested in using this quirk in a story then you guys can decide)
