Since when?

Kinda packed with irrelevant information, but still... please read.

"I don't trust you anymore!" Wendy screamed at last and Dipper slowed down his pace and stopped.

Everyone present gasped. Wendy stopped running. And after she realized what she said, she turned around. She saw Dipper staring at the floor, rather calm.

"Um... I didn't mean to say that. I'm sorry, Dipper." Wendy apologized while carefully making her way to the unfazed brunet. He ignored her as if she wasn't right before him. So, she got closer and lightly ruffled his hair.

But in the end, everyone found a new reason to gasp for.

Dipper had grabbed Wendy's arm and kicked her in one knee pit, which caused her to fall to the ground. Then he grabbed her by the wrists and started dragging her towards the chairs that were placed next to the table with bottles of Pitt cola and two stacks of plastic cups.

For some odd reason, he hid his face under the cap of his hat, while, almost inaudibly, snickering under it. He didn't care how Wendy might burst his eardrums while she screamed for help. Nor did he care about her trying to break free from his grasp. It was almost like he didn't feel her nails digging into his skin.

Or more likely...

He enjoyed it?

"Mabel, give me your backpack." Dipper said with a smile on his face and silver voice. He was trying to sound innocent and not give much of a thought to the ginger head he was dragging against her will.

Mabel did not hesitate and did as she was told, while the rest of the people in the room were questioning her actions. Two days ago, she was crying her soul out because of the very fact she couldn't recognize the boy she called a brother. But now she cooperates without asking any questions?

And why? Because she made a promise to not interfere anymore?

What kind of a promise is that?! She best knows how her brother damaged their relationship over the year and what is he capable of now. But she's decided to help him despite everything that had happened?

A lot of things might change, because of that very promise.

While everyone was brainstorming, a maid and a butler decided to make a conversation while setting up Pacifica's laptop for the party's music.

"Shouldn't we stop them?"

"I'm not sure. No one else does anything. Are you sure they're not just playing some weird game?"

"Look at the kids' faces! They're obviously shocked. They don't know how to react." The maid said her reason, convincing her co-worker to agree.

"Let's go then." And so, they went to stop the quarrel.

But right when they were about to grab Dipper and release Wendy from his strong grip, Mabel ran between them with wide open arms in a protective manner.

They managed to walk around her, but she grabbed each for one arm and tried pulling them back. They didn't want to hurt her, so they didn't use much force while trying to get her to let them go.

"Pacifica!" She yelled and everyone's eyes landed on the blond, who was fast in making the decision of who to help.

"That's enough." She sternly said, putting a gentle hand on the butler's and maid's shoulders. They looked at her a little taken aback when she motioned with her head towards the corner of the room, where the music was yet to be set. But they, nonetheless, went back to work, without asking any questions.
