They move toward the center
while exchanging glances. I exhale and tense up.
[ Kurapika ] "Hey, are you okay?"
[ Y/n ] "Yeah, I'm good"
[ Kurapika ] "You sure? You look like-"
[ Y/n ] "I promise, I'm fine"
[ Kurapika ] "Alright, whatever you say"
[ Y/n ] "t's just been a long week, you know?"
[ Kurapika ] "I understand; I'm also tired "
They continued talking about unrelated topics, so I threw a card at them to get their focus.
[ Y/n ] "Can we just get this match started?0
[ Masta ] "Oh, sorry, now time to start!"
[ Killua ] "Finally"
[ Masta ] "Begin!"
Gon attempted to elude Hanzo by sprinting after him, but Hanzo overtook him, leaving Gon stunned. Gon was then struck on the back of the neck by Hanzo.
[ Hanzo ] "Not half bad for a little kid"
[ Gon ] "No way..."
I lightly opened my eyes after closing them to see Hanzo strike Gon once more.
[ Hanzo ] "Think hard about it, surrender now, and you'll have another chance! But being stubborn isn't gonna get anywhere."
[ Y/n ] "This match is already brutal, this is bullshit."
[ Leorio ] "I don't think I can watch Gon getting tortured..."
[ Gon ] "That's never gonna happen!"
I watched Hanzo hit Gon firmly.
[ Y/n ] "Ohh...I know that hurt."
[ Hanzo ] "Say it!"
When Gon struggled to stand up, Hanzo punched him in the stomach.
[ Leorio ] "Gon, don't push it! You still have other fights...so just-"
[ Kurapika ] "Leorio!"
[ Y/n ] "I'm mean, this hard to watch"
[ Kurapika ] "If you were in Gon's position, would you give up?"
I glanced at Kurapika.
[ Leorio ] "Hell no, I wouldn't! He thinks he's so tough."
[ Kurapika ] "Gon feels the same"
[ Leorio ] "Come on, I know that!"
As Hanzo kicked Gon, I exhaled.
[ Y/n ] "This is sad, I feel sorry"
[ Kurapika ] "Me too but we can't give up hopes on Gon"
For hours, we watched Gon being tormented..
[ Y/n ] "It has been an hour, and neither of them surrenders!"
[ Hanzo ] "Get up!"
[ Leorio ] "Enough already, I'm gonna kill you! Do you hear me? Pick on someone your own size."
