Chapter 4: Where's my Professor?

It was now daytime and Sonic, Tails, and Chip were off on the Tornado 1 to search for the professor in Spagonia. It was a smooth ride until Eggman showed up.

"Yep, there goes his welcoming committee!" Sonic sarcastically said.

"No problem!" "We can take them!" Tails reassured Sonic.

Tails explained to Sonic how to fire the missles from his plane. In timed events, Sonic shot the missles into Eggman's ship, the Egg Cauldron.

As the ship was weakened, Eggman had one last trick up his sleeve. He started shooting missles faster. It was starting to get insane.

"Argh!" "There's so many of them!"

"Keep your cool Sonic and keep going!" Tails said from the front of the plane.

Sonic took down Eggman's missles one by one and eventually defeated the Egg Cauldron. Eggman's ship fell from the sky and Sonic and Tails celebrated their victory. Tails flew a few more feet in his airplane and saw a city over the horizon.

"We're here guys!" "This is Spagonia!"

"All right!" "Let's go!" Sonic smiled.

The three landed in Spagonia and was treated to a city of beautiful architecture and rooftops.

"Alright! We need to look for Spagonia University." Tails said.

"Let's go look around and talk to some of the townspeople!" Sonic said.

Sonic, Chip, and Tails ran into a lady named Aida. She then proceeded to talk to the visitors.

"Ah, hello! And welcome to Spagonia!" "My name is Aida!" "What brings you to our city!"

"We're looking for the Professor!" "Do you know where he is?" Tails asked.

"Ah, Professor Pickle? Unfortunately I don't know where he is but you can ask some of his students!" She replied.

"Okay, thanks for your help!" Sonic replied.

"You're welcome! Have a nice day!" Aida said to them.

The three explore the city some more to find some more townspeople to talk to. They run into Federica.

"Ah, I'm just so sad!" "School's out and I can't learn more things about this wonderful city!" "The Professor has been gone for quite some time!" Federica said.

"Excuse me, but did you just say the Professor is gone?" Tails asked.

"Yes, I have no idea where he is?" "All of his students have been worried about him!"

"Do you think you can tell us where his office is?" Sonic asked.

"Yes, it's in that big building with pillars straight ahead!" Federica replied.

"Thank you!" Chip told the lady. "We'll investigate about the Professor."

"Oh thank you!" "The students will be so happy!" "Goodbye strangers!"

Federica went off to tell her fellow students about the Professor.

Sonic, Tails, and Chip went into the Professor's office where they found his assistant. The assistant proceeded to tell them what happened.

"This large man came in with a bald head and a long mustache and a... whole pack of robots!"

"That sounds a lot like Eggman!" Sonic said to Tails.

"The egg shaped man took him prisoner to the continent of Mazuri with his lab data and all!"

"What a horrible thing to do! We've gotta go help that Professor guy out and fast! If he got kidnapped that long ago, he's gotta be real hungry by now! And if I was that hungry, I don't know how long I would last! I'd rather be dead!" Chip out of nowhere turned into a ghost. Sonic and Tails looked at him like he was crazy.

"I'm sure that Eggman's not that crude." "I'm sure he's letting him eat something!"

"Tails, this is the same person who blew up the moon in half and almost ELECTROCUTED ME TO DEATH!" Sonic snarked back.

"Right..." Tails replied.

"Anyways, let's go find the Professor!" Sonic said.

Sorry for the short chapter. This is all that literally happens in this one. Also I'm not quoting the full game. I don't have all the dialogue memorized.
