'So the bottom line is, Tartarus is open again, there's no one in control of the underworld, and as far as I can tell my dad is missing.' I finish, after recounting my dream to Percy, Annabeth, Piper, Will and Reyna, Hazel and Frank from an Iris call.
'Okay I'm just going to ask.' Piper says after a second, 'what does that mean for Jason?'
Everyone turns to me.
'I was...I was thinking the same thing.' I say, 'and I don't know. He might have already chosen to go on to a different life. I don't know. I won't know till I go down there.'
'You're going to the underworld?' Reyna asks.
'I have to. I have to figure out what happened, and see if I can find my dad. If we can't then the whole order down there will collapse.' I say.
'Okay, well I'm coming with you. If the doors to Tartarus are open, then anything and anyone could be down there. And you have a lot of enemies.' She says.
'I'm coming too. I mean...he's my dad too.' Hazel says, 'technically.'
'We'll figure out who's coming later.' Nico says, 'right now I need any of you with responsive parents to see if they know anything about my dad.'
Everyone turns to Percy.
'What? You guys talk to your parents too.' He says.
'Just ask him.' I say, 'he always responds.'
'Okay, Frank has to stay to look after the camp, but Hazel and I will come down when we finish the call.' Reyna says, 'and Nico, don't you dare try to leave without us.'
'Okay.' I say. 'Okay, we have a plan. Sort of. I can work with that.'
'And that plan is?' Annabeth asks.
'Call the godly parents, see what they know; go into the underworld see what we can find; find my dad and figure this all out.' I say, losing confidence as I finish the sentence.
'How can we fail with a plan like that?' Percy says.
