The Aftermath

Max's POV

The faint sound of the alarm clock felt like hell's bells. Seb groaned and turned around. Great, I thought he'd at least turn off this horrible noise. I slapped my hand around the night stand until I finally got the alarm clock. My head hurt like shit and I just wanted to die. Why did I think drinking this much would be okay? My stomach hurt and I didn't know if it was me being hungry or me feeling sick. After five minutes I finally dared to open my eyes, which hurt like hell. "Seb, lets go have breakfast," I mumbled with what was left of my voice. I shouldn't have screamed non stop last night. Thank god we're done with this tour. "Seb, I'll be in the bathroom. You better be awake when I get out," I added and slowly went into the bathroom. I checked my Reflexion in the mirror and damn I looked even worse than I thought. I tried to fix what was fixable but that wasn't a lot. To my surprise Seb actually got up and waited for his turn in the bathroom. " I'm gonna go check on the others," I said after I got dressed quickly.

Joey and Buddha were awake and almost ready to go downstairs. They were just as dead as I was. I left their room and walked to my brothers room. I knocked a few times, grimacing at the sound as it hurt my head enormously. They didn't answer but luckily I had their second key card. Their room was a mess, it would be a pain in the ass to clean it up. It smelled pretty bad too, so I opened one of the windows. "Catt? Cole?" I whisper shouted. They weren't in their room but I knew they couldn't have been awake yet. I checked their bathroom and almost threw up from the smell. Both of them were asleep on the bathroom floor, entangled into each other. It reeked of puke, cum and weed and I rolled my eyes at them. "Guys you gotta get up," I said while shaking them. They moved a bit but didn't wake up just yet. "Guys wake up, clean this mess," I said. I looked around the bathroom and saw a faint stains of hair dye on the white floor tiles and on the bath tub. This is gonna be expensive. Catt sat up and glared at me. "Good, You're up. Meet you at the breakfast table in 15! After that you clean this shit," I said and walked out, these guys were so gross. I love them but god they're disgusting sometimes. I decided against checking on Ally and Jakob because I didn't want to disturb them in case they were busy.

I met up with Seb, Joey and Buddha and together we walked to the breakfast room. We didn't want to be here but breakfast was more important. My brother and his girlfriend soon joined us and they looked even worse than we all did combined. We didn't really talk, all we wanted was get back to our beds and sleep. I saw Ally and Jakob waking into the breakfast room, holding hands and both smiling widely. "Good Morning fam," Ally said happily and we all groaned in pain. "Jeez, what's wrong with you guys?" She added. We all gave her the look and she started giggling before Jakob dragged her to the buffet. They were talking non stop, both still with huge smiles on their faces. Right now, they disgusted me even more than Catt and Cole. "Why are you so god damn happy? Shouldn't you guys be dead like us?" Seb snapped while munching on his croissant. "I don't know, we both felt great when we woke up earlier. I expected to feel like shit but I actually feel really good," Jakob answered. I just wanted to kill him for that stupid smile on his face.

We all just nodded and went with it. "You guys," I said as I pointed at Catt and Cole, "are gonna clean your fucking room! It's a mess, we leave tomorrow morning at 6am and you better be fucking ready then," I added. The two just nodded and gave me a thumbs up. I'm gonna unleash a beast if they're not ready to go tomorrow morning. Buddha gave us a few instructions for tomorrow morning as we figured this would be the first and last time we see each other today because we were all dead. Except for Ally and Jakob of course who wanted to go back into town and get a few souvenirs. We all shook our head at them as we headed out the door back to our wonderful bed.

Time skip 5:55am

Buddha and I walked out of the hotel lobby and to our van that was parked right in front of the hotel. The others were already waiting in there. Joey sat in the front with Buddha,
I sat with seb and our couples sat together. Catt and Cole were already asleep while Ally and Jakob kept talking and kissing and smiling and never stopped being disgustingly cute. The hotel charged us a lot for the state of Catts and Coles room and I was kind of angry about it but whatever. Just 8h to go and I was finally back home. I listened to music and looked out of the window. We stopped a few times to get gas, snacks and drinks. Of course we also partied out to the music but most of the time we were sleeping . Once I started recognizing the surroundings my heart started beating as I couldn't wait to finally be at home and with my girl Michelle. I texted her once we drove into Oakland and I just couldn't wait to have Michelle back. We dropped of Seb first. We all came in together for a group hug and said goodbye just for a couple hours because the Armstrong's invited us over for dinner tonight. Next stop was Catt and Ally which was especially hard for Cole and Jakob. We had yet another group hug left after what felt like eternity since it took the boys so long to say goodbye. We hopped back in the van and then dropped off the Armstrong's as they lived close to the Wrights. Cole and I said goodbye to our best friends and then finally arrived home. Our parents, Cade and Michelle already waited at the front door and sang it felt good to see the family again. We said goodbye to Buddha and watched him drive off. I looked at my girl and kissed her. Dang it felt good to be back home.
