Elliot Clayton x Reader

As an S ranked hacker like yourself, higher organizations wanted to hire you. There's a good thing and bad thing with that.

Good is you can have a higher pay. The bad is that you had to work with new people. And you weren't the social teenager type.

You would've stayed at Pacific Bay with everyone else, but they were encouraging you to accept the Bureau's invite.

"Is this Y/n L/n?" You were outside the airport waiting on your ride. A car stopped in front of you, and the passenger's window was scrolled down, revealing some American guy.

"Yes. Is this Jack Archer?" You raised your eyebrow. "Yup. Come in with all your stuff." You silently obliged, getting in the back with all your suitcases.

"So you're the hacker?"

"Yeah. You guys don't have one?"

"We do. Good luck working with him. He's a brat your age."

A him? Really hope he doesn't bother me 24/7. Pfft.

"How old?"

"17."

After the ride to the Bureau headquarters, Jack showed you where you work. He opened the door, which the cold air hit you. Your eyes caught sight of someone in a desk chair, turned away.

"Elliot? The recruit is here. Play nice!" Jack scoffed. "Hm." Was the only response heard.

"Like I said, good luck with him." Jack said, taking your bags, except your laptop.

Sigh. Well here goes nothing.

You silently walked in, looking at your surrounding. The sound of your slow, but heavy footsteps alerted the so called Elliot.

"Alright mate, here's things that I want you to-" The chair turned around, revealing a pale teenager, dressed in all black, a purple highlighting in his black hair, and just some emo feautures. Damn. He's kinda cute.

Elliot cut off his sentence and looked at you up and down. It was making you a bit uncomfortable. "Something wrong?" You spoke in your usual expressionless tone.

"I was not expecting a girl. That's all." You noticed the slight blush on his face. "What you never seen a girl your age before?" You teased. "Pfft. Whatever." Elliot turned back around in his chair, trying to hide his increasing blush.

You took a seat next to where Elliot is sitting, and started unpacking your laptop. In a brief moment, you thought he was watching you, but when you turned your head, his eyes were glued to his screen. You shrugged it off and continued.

The very second you turned on your computer, you got an alert notification. Pfft. Someone tried to hack me. What a moron- wait.

Being the skilled hacker you are, it took seconds for you to dig through everything. It was revealed. Elliot randomly tried to hack you just now.

"If you wanted to know something about me, questions are a thing." You gave him a smug smirk. "How did you-" The gothic boy was astonished. "What are you? An A+ hacker? Have you never met a S ranked one?" You kept teasing.

"I can see myself in you. Is this how Jack sees me? I must be annoying as hell then." He mumbled. "Y/n, by the way. And I'm 16, experienced at technology at age 13. I don't really socialize, but if it prevents you from hacking my stuff then..."

As you were blabbering away, Elliot had his own thoughts. Man. This girl is cute. But she's gonna be a distraction. Oh well, less work for me. A new person to mess around with than that pretty boy. I should hack her again just for a reaction.

Your computer got the same notification. You didn't even bother to check it, you looked at Elliot to see him smirking. "My finger slipped."

"My fist is gonna end up slipping into your face." You gritted your teeth. "Pfft. You don't have the balls." Elliot rolled his eyes. "You're right. I don't have any."

Took a few seconds for him to realize what you meant. "Oh..." He rubbed his head in slight embarrassment. "Elliot. More like idiot." You chuckled at your own joke.

"Ugh, why did they hire you to be with me?"

"Because they did."

"Right..."

...

"I can tell we're gonna be besties." You scoffed. The amount of teasing that was already done between you both is a hint.

"We probably are."
