Chapter 18

A/N: hey guys, so I don't want to make this long and annoying so you guys can skip again to the actually story plot but I wanted to talk about it.

So recently a friend of mine passed away, he committed suicide, and i don't mean to sound breezy while saying that, because I'm not.

I'm just saying that there are 1000000000 reasons for you to stay here, and while it may be hard right now, it always gets better no matter how difficult it is for you to see that.

I love you guys so much, and each and every comment, vote, heck read, that I see, it fills me with so much joy.

If you guys ever need someone to just sit down(virtually) I'm always here, literally just dm me on Wattpad, I'll drop anything for you guys.

I'm sorry for being sappy it's just I don't want anyone to feel like my friend did, he had his whole life ahead of him, and he was such a good guy.

When Christmas ended and school started up again, the teachers decided that they where going to start giving us extra homework, months before the finals.

Like seriously? It's like they don't realize I have stuff to do-ooooh. Never mind.

And of course quidditch started up again, which is always fun. Well except for the poor boys who have to juggle practice and homework, so naturally I help them out by helping them with the homework.

And yes, Tyler and I are going strong, and no, Sirius and I have not talked about the...incident.

I'm not going to think about that right now, not during class.

I was sitting next to Marlene, infront of James and Lily, and behind Sirius and Peter. Everyone else was scattered, like Alice with her boyfriend, Peter in the very front, and Tyler to the left of me.

Currently I was flicking as many pieces of paper as I could at Sirius and remus, see how many till take for them to get pissed.

It took 17. Like tiny rolled up ones, so basically only 3 full pieces of paper.

"Makayla! Knock it off" Remus turned around and gave me a glare that held no heat to it.

"Sorry Moons" I muttered with a innocent smile, which caused him to turn back around grumbling. "Oh shut up you know you love me" I leaned forward and whispered it to him.

Sirius muttered something under his breath, "what was that paddy?"

"Nothing, now pay attention you hooligans!" He did a terrible Impression our DADA teacher for the year, Mr. Icker. They always seem to change, some for just weird reasons.

I giggled and turned back to Marlene, copying her notes because I didn't hear what Icker had said.

"Uuggghhhhhh" Sirius let out a loud groan as he laid in the couch. I hummed an agreement and sat on the armrest of the big chair(what is this called??)

"Tomorrow is Saturday right? Another hogsmead visit?" Lily asked from the armchair below me.

"I think so," James hummed and I nodded, my head feeling very heavy all of a sudden.

"M'tired" I muttered while laying my head on Lily's shoulder.

"Go to bed baby" Tyler smiles and kisses my forehead and I nodded.

"Yea I think I will, wake me up for dinner" I smiled and gave them all a small hug and walked up stairs to my bed.

I couldn't seem to fall asleep, so I decided to go through my song book, most are unfinished songs that I can't seem to like, but I have a few I finished.

But I did have a new one I liked, but I only have the chorus.

It had no meaning, it was just a song.

Or maybe I felt underlying guilt about Sirius kissing me.

Or not?

Ugh why do things have to be so complicated.

While contemplating life, I accidentally fell asleep, and didn't wake up until Lily came in and said it was time for dinner.

I walked groggily into the dinning hall and sat down next to Tyler, putting my head on his shoulder.

"Come on babe you need to eat" he said, putting chicken on my plate.

"She's a vegetarian,"

"I'm a vegetarian"

Sirius and I said at the same time, and Tyler flushed a red color, that I giggled at.

"It's fine, you didn't know" I traded out the chicken for some mashed potatoes and gravy.

"Well now I do know" Tyler said, before starting to eat his own food.

I saw Sirius mocking throwing up from the corner of my eye and I turned to glare at him, but it was a weak glare and I ended up just rolling my eyes.

I turned to the slytherin table and saw Reg staring at me, so I did our signal and he nodded before going to back eating, I did the same.

"I need to go to the bathroom, be right back" I said when we all made it to the common room.

"Reg, meet me at midnight okay?" I whispered into the bracelet, and I heard a little 'okay' back.

I realllllyyyy needed a distraction from Sirius, and well I figured Reg could tell me about his Christmas break and stuff.

I feel like such an idiot for some reason. Or maybe a stuck up bitch.

Like boo hoo, a really hot, nice guy kissed you but you don't want to your equally hot, nice boyfriend. First world problems, huh. Note the sarcasm.

I stayed up until everyone finally fell asleep, and I quietly made my way to the kitchens, stopping every once in a while when I heard teachers patrolling.

Finally I made it to the pear painting, and I quickly tickled, and opened the door.

My breath was knocked out of my when Reg came and gave me a huge hug, one that I recuperated, I could tell he needed it.

"Tell me about Christmas break" I said while rubbing his back on the couch that was in front of the fireplace.
