---------------------------------------------------------Percy's POV
"Hey Percy, I bet ten drachmas Ron, Hermione, and Harry are going to try to interrogate Nico tonight." Jason joked.
"I'll take it. They're probably gonna come tomorrow." I responded. He grinned and went back to unpacking his suitcase.
"I call a meeting!" I shouted as I took a seat on the floor thirty minutes later. Immediately, everyone stopped what they were doing and joined me.
"About what?" Thalia asked. "I have somewhere to be."
I frowned at her and asked "What do you mean?"
"It's not important. Get on with your business."
"Okay, jeez. I wanted to discuss ways to get close to Malfoy."
"Can't you do that without me?"
"We could, but we want your input."
"Why?"
"Honestly, I'm not sure anymore."
"Then can I go?" She stood up and grabbed a backpack from her bed.
"Fine."
"Fine."
"Guys!" Annabeth shouted. Thalia rolled her eyes and sat down, placing her bag on her bed once again.
Frank cleared his throat and took over, trying to gloss over what had happened. "So, does anyone have any ideas? We have to do is stop this Draco kid from learning about his powers, right? How do we do that?"
"We could spy on him." Leo suggested.
"Technology goes haywire around Hogwarts. Besides, if he were to find out we'd be in deep trouble." Annabeth reminded Leo.
That annoyed Leo. Being a son of Hephaestus, I'm sure he felt insecure in a world with no logic. Annabeth too, though she'd been part of the mythical world for much longer than Leo. She'd seen Nico raise the dead with Coke and a McDonald's happy meal, transformed me from guinea pig-mode, met a titan with amnesia, and so much more. "Well Malfoy does have a crush on you, doesn't he? Why don't you just pretend to be his girlfriend until we can go back to Camp?"
"No." Annabeth and I yelled in unison.
"Woah woah woah!" Calypso interjected. "Nobody's dating anyone outside of this room if they don't want to. Any other ideas?"
After a long silence, there was a knock on the door. Piper unlocked the door and opened it, revealing the face of Hermione Granger. We'd avoided the golden trio all through dinner, but that obviously wasn't what they had wanted.
"Can we help you?" Piper said coldly.
"We need to talk to Nico. We need to know something." Hermione said, looking past Piper.
I sighed and handed Jason ten drachmas. "We were wondering when you'd come ask questions, but couldn't this have waited until tomorrow?"
Ron came into my vision as he poked his head around the door frame. "So he told you?"
"Of course I did." Nico said, speaking for the first time.
Piper sighed and opened the door wide enough for the golden trio (It turned out Harry was there too, I just hadn't been able to see him.) to enter.
"What do we tell them?" Piper said in greek.
"Anything but the truth." Annabeth replied.
