I do not own Percy Jackson or Harry Potter.

Harry's POV

"SILENCE!" Dumbledore shouted as he stood up. Everyone got quiet.

My heart was pounding. No one had done more than me; survived more horrendous tasks. Obviously I would give anything to be as oblivious to that as anyone else. Most people didn't get exactly how bad is was to watch Cedric die, or to know that others had died because you needed time. How could this boy, this exchange student, be worse than me?
Percy sat down next to Annabeth and Nico as Dumbledore waited for the last whispers to die away.
"As usual, I have a few words to say to you all before you begin eating. So here they are: accustom, obsorb, file." Then Dumbledore sat down and the food magically appeared over the table. Everyone dug in and chattered amongst themselves.

After the feast was over, Dumbledore got up again. "The very best of evenings to you!... Now... to our new students, welcome, to our old students, welcome back! Another year full of magical education awaits you. Mr. Filch, the care-taker, has asked me to remind you that the forbidden forest is out of bounds to any students who value their lives. As most if you might have noticed, we have exchange students from America with us this year. Please give them a warm welcome and treat them as friends. Please follow your house prefects up to your house common room. Good night to you all!"
Everyone applauded and the prefects started calling their students up to the common room.
"Hey, let's go find the exchange students." I told Ron and Hermione.
Ron started looking for them, but Hermione hesitated. "Harry, please don't make a big deal out of what the sorting hat said. We don't want to bother the Americans."
I shrugged. "I just want to talk to them."

We located the exchange students as they were about to climb the first set of stairs. I let the people behind the Americans go and then cut off the Americans before they could go up the stairs.

"Hey." I said.

"Hi. You're blocking the stairs." Percy replied.

"Sorry about him. He just wants to ask you something." Hermione told them.

"Look, if you are wondering about the sorting, I- we can't tell you." Percy said.

At this, Harry started to get annoyed. "Why not? Do you not trust me? I saved the wizarding world from-"

"Volywarts, yeah, we know. What does that have to do with anything?" Leo retorted.

"Why does that matter? Why does SAVING THE WORLD matter? You ungrateful toe rags wouldn't be alive if the three of us hadn't done anything." Ron shot back.

Percy looked like he was going to say something, but Annabeth whispered something in his ear and all the rage drained from his face. "Just leave me and my friends alone." He said, before him and all if his friends pushed passed me.

Hermione made an I'm-sorry-for-my-stupid-friends gesture and Annabeth nodded in understanding.

Annabeth's POV

That stupid "chosen one" boy was getting on my nerves. He saves the world once and all if a sudden he's a fucking god. Though thinking about it now, he did act like a god - egotistical and ill-tempered. I figured that Hermione seemed alright though.

As we got to the seventh floor, (after catching up with the prefects) someone in the front of the gaggle of students shouted at the portrait of a plump woman "Quintus's laptop."

Percy, who was next to me, snorted and let out a short laugh. Even I had to suppress a giggle.
The other demigods, with the exception of Nico, all looked confused.

"Daedalus went undercover at camp as 'Quintus.' After the Battle of the Labyrinth, Daedalus gave me his laptop. As you may remember, I lost the laptop in... downstairs." I shuddered. Most of the now-moving crowd in front of us were talking loudly, but I still didn't want to say "Tartarus."

Everyone knew what I meant. It took me awhile to realize I had started walking with the crowd. Most of the Gryffindors were heading up to either the right staircase or the left, but a few had stopped to gawk at a different door.

Judging by their expressions, the kids who had seen the door had been surprised. The door probably wasn't there when the students had left last year. I pushed my way through the crowd and read what the door said:

Dear demigods, Chiron and I have spoken and lead me to allow you to have a dormitory together. Please act responsibly, because this is mostly due to the nightmares three of you have been known to have. Sincerely, Albus Dumbledore.

My heart was pounding. Not because of the "sharing dorms" bit but because Dumbledore had written "Dear demigods" for everyone to see. Then I noticed something underneath those words:

Carum semidei Chiron et locutus sum ad vos ut et me et dormitorio. Quaeso responsalem agere, quia ad hoc auxiliatur homini propter tria sequuntur somnia de te mihi nota sunt habendi. Vale bene, Grex Albus Dumbledore.

Why would Dumbledore have a latin translation and not a greek one? Then it hit me. What I had read was the greek translation. That's why I was able to read it without my dyslexia acting up. I pushed open the door and went inside.

One if the Gryffindors that had been staring at the doors called out to me. "Hey, where do you think you're going?

"My new dormitory," I replied. "Their's too." I pointed at the others and they walked in. As soon as everyone was inside, a closed the door.

I raced up to the farthest bed on the right side and shouted, "I call this one!"

That started a bed war. In the end, I had defended my choice bed from everyone and Percy's was next to mine. All of the couples ended up next to each other and Nico took the extra bed in the left side; closest to the door.

Hey guys! I just wanted to thank the wonderful @LadyRavencalw for following me, voting on chapter 5, and adding Demigods at Hogwarts to their favorites. Seriously, you don't know how much that means to me. I got the latin translation from Google Translate so it is probably not accurate but to all those who speak latin I hope you got a good laugh out of it. Have an amazhang day everyone!
