The second day came, and I woke up when the girls are already gone, nothing new. I haven't had a proper conversation with any of them yet, and last night with Soojin was just a really short and quiet time. We're both shy to say anything, and that's totally understandable, right?
So I ate some brunch and decided to just be lazy for today, I took a quick shower and spent my time watching some movies in the living room. I saw a keyboard sitting at the corner of the living room, how come I didn't notice that before? I should remember checking that out later. And of course, I fell asleep in the sofa without me knowing. My body just love to sleep, I guess.
One thing to know about me is that, alarm clocks and I don't really get along. They don't work for me, at all. Any noise or movements would remain unnoticed while I'm sleeping. Somehow I knew that it could be dangerous, especially when I'm alone and a robber comes without me knowing, I'm just gonna have to warn the girls later about it.
After hearing a few distant calls of my name, Ugi's voice became louder and nearer and I could feel her violent shakes on my shoulder.
"Miyeon-unnie! Miyeon-unnie! Are you okay?!"
I slowly open one of my eyes to peek at her.
Ugi continues shaking my shoulder until I was completely awake.
"W-What is it?"
"Yaaah.. I thought you were dead!" She stood up from her kneeling position beside the sofa, relief evident on her face, and sits at the wooden coffee table.
"Sorry. I was just sleeping. Sorry to worry you."
"No, it's okay. At least you're alive. Hahahaha!" Her deep voice resonates around the walls of our dorm.
"What time is it? You're already here?"
I sat up slowly, still groggy from my sleep.
"It's just me right now. I don't have my last period so I came home early." Ugi went to the kitchen to grab some water and some chips and came back to sit in the floor.
"Hey, come sit here with me. The sofa is pretty huge to occupy both of us."
"No, it's okay. I sat here so that I could face unnie." She offered the chips and I took some, grateful for her hospitality. Ugi and I chat for some time, mostly her asking me questions about my opinion on things, and I finally learned that her name was "Yuqi" and not "Ugi" as I've thought I heard from Sorn.
"So unnie came from YG University? Isn't that the university where Big Bang-sunbae came from?"
"Y-Yeah. I started studying there since my 2nd grade in high school, until the first sem of my 3rd year in college."
"So... More or less, five years, then? Why did unnie decided to transfer now?" Hearing her asked that question juggles my memories, sad and happy, all the time I spent in that school was great, until my last, bitter ones. It almost brought me to tears, but our conversation was interrupted by the opening of the door.
"Oh. Yuqi, is that you? You're here early?" Soyeon enters with her back on us, holding her laptop in one hand, and carrying her bag with the other.
"Yeah, you too?" Yuqi stood up to help Soyeon carry her bag. She placed it on the coffee table and returns to her seat in the floor.
"We just had a quiz and the prof dismissed us early. Hi, unnie..!" Soyeon struggles to close the door and she smiles when she saw me.
"H-Hi."
"Oohh.. You're not hip-hop anymore, eh?"
"Oh! You're right! I didn't even notice that." Yuqi agreed.
I felt my cheeks heat up as I was embarrassed to the core.
"I-I don't usually wear those kinds!"
The two laughed at how flustered I am, but luckily, Soyeon changed the topic by asking why Yuqi's here.
