The first class took about an hour and a half in total, with in-between breaks. Yuqi is an excellent dancer, while Shuhua made quite a few mistakes. She's not the only one though, there's a lot of students who made much more mistakes, and are full of red marks in the clipboard that I was holding, and she's not a bad dancer.

The instructor thanked me and gave me one last side-eye look before she left the dance studio. She's clearly judging me, I know.

This is the second time I'm regretting wearing such eye-catching clothes. I never felt embarrassed wearing this in YGU because almost everyone wears similar style, but in CUBE, my goodness, I felt like I did something wrong just by trying to present myself better. This new world is too harsh for me to live in.

"Unnie, let's go to the cafeteria. I'm starving!" Yuqi came out from the washroom after changing her clothes, then came Shuhua mere seconds after her.

"Yuqi-ah, what's next on your sched?"

"Hm? Vocal class. After that, we can grab some lunch, unnie."

"What about the others? Do you guys eat lunch together?"

We were now walking to the cafeteria, all three of us, and some of Yuqi and Shuhua's classmates.

"We don't usually eat together because they have their own friends as well outside the dorm, same as Shuhua and I. But yeah, when we have the chance to share a table, then we do." Yuqi went in line to order for the three of us after asking me what I wanted to eat, she said she'd treat me since it's my first time here.

Shuhua looks at me awkwardly when we were left alone.

"Shuhua-ya.. Do you want to sit over there? Or is it too far?" She looks at me for a few seconds (I don't know, maybe a little shocked because of my unexpected small talk with her?), before looking at where I'm pointing.

"A-Ah.. It's okay." She seems flustered for some reason, but I shrugged it off.

It's a round table that could fit a total of six people and Shuhua sat two chairs from mine. I guess she really hates me that much, huh?

Should I ask her why she's acting like this towards me, or would that be offensive? But I really wanna know what's her problem about me. So that I can fix it, get to know her, and be close to her.

"Shuhua-ya, can I sit beside you?"

She looks at me, a little surprised. She stops fidgeting with her phone, and stares at me. She must have been really surprised because she managed to look at me for at least five seconds, her longest time of holding an eye contact with me. And yes, I always timed it. Don't ask why.

She nodded, not saying anything. Maybe she doesn't really want me to move closer to her, but just agreed so not to offend me.

"Sorry, I just felt really awkward with all the attention the people around are giving me." I whispered to her as I change my seat.

Shuhua looks around and she probably noticed the whispering and the onlookers. She gave me a considering look.

"Ignore them... Unnie." I felt something in my chest when Shuhua said that. It was the first time that I can remember hearing her calling me, unnie. It made me smile, and somehow, I feel a lot better.

I guess, Yuqi is right. Shuhua's probably just struggling to say what she wanted to because of language barrier, and I'm just a fool for misunderstanding her.

"Okay, I will try." I gave her my sweetest smile but she... *sighs* ignores me. Shuhua-ya.. You're too confusing, just now, you seem like you care about me even just a bit, but then you ignore me that easily?

Yuqi came back holding a tray of sandwiches and bottles of water. She smiles widely, proud of herself, like she always does when she did something good.

"Here you go, unnie. Waaa.. The line is really long, we have to eat fast for the next class or we'll be late."

And so, we eat as quickly as we could. The six of us didn't eat any food this morning since we're all rushing, so devouring these sandwiches was a piece of cake.

We arrived at the piano room just in time before a male instructor enters.

He scans the room, maybe checking if all his students are in. He double takes, probably thinking he made a mistake counting because of an extra head. Which is me.

"I'm sorry, do we have an additional student? As far as I remember, this class has only twenty students?"

"Yuqi brought someone, Sir." Some guy from the class said.

"Oh? Ms. Song, why is that?"

Yuqi stands up, "Sir, my unnie just came in this morning as a transferee, she still doesn't have her major, so Ms. Lee from the office said she could tag along with us, even just for the day."

"Yuqi's unnie, please raise your hand."

I slowly raise my right hand, "G-Good morning, Sir."

"Oh? Cho Miyeon-ssi?" My eyes are looking down but when he mentioned my name, I look up at him.

"Y-Yeah. H-How did you know?" I was seriously confused because I can't recognize him.

He laughed. His laugh reminded me of someone I know, but I can't recall who.

"We met at the vocal academy, it's me, Seo Ho. Lee Seo Ho, remember?"

The class started hollering and teasing the two of us. Seo Ho?

"I was a part-timer in the academy last year as a vocal coach."

That made me recognize him. He used to wear thick-rimmed round glasses before and his hair was black and longer, but now, standing in front of me, was a handsome man. His hair was down and dyed in blonde, and a lot shorter, he wears a clear aviator glasses replacing his old ones, a black jacket over a grey shirt, paired with black pants and shoes. Woah.

"You remember now, don't you?" He smiled widely.

"Sir, are you gonna teach us or would you two continue flirting?" Said the same guy who told Seo Ho-oppa about Yuqi bringing me.

"We're not flirting, though?" I told him.

"Yah, Kim Woojin.. Shut up." That Woojin guy closed his mouth and a few of the guys beside him, snickered. I never witness Shuhua looking so annoyed just as she is now. Woah... Who is this girl beside me? Why did I only see this side of her just now? Shuhua is scary.
