IT BEING RIVER PHOENIX'S BIRTHDAY!

It was Sunday morning and you had already got up and were in the kitchen cooking breakfast for your boyfriend, River. Today was his twenty fourth birthday and his family was coming over later on to celebrate.

"Morning, sweetheart." Rivers groggy voice ran through your ears. "Shit!" You quickly mumble and turn around. "Go back to bed, honey, you're not supposed to be out here yet." You start to lightly push him back into your guys's shared bedroom. River lets out a chuckle and nods. "Alright But first give me a kiss." He peckers his lips ready and starts to lean in. You give him a light kiss on the lips the push him into the room and shut the door.

Once you finished making breakfast you placed the plate onto a tray, poured out some orange juice and slowly walked into the bedroom, making sure not to drop anything. River was reading a book, and had all the blinds shut still. "How can you read that?" You giggle as you place the food down at the bottom of the bed and sit closer to River, who shrugs and closes the book. "I don't know, I can't really see but I can just about make out the words." You nod then plant a kiss on his lips. "Happy birthday, babe." You smile.

You then stand up and grab the plate and orange juice and hand them to River. "Why, thank you kind lady." He laughs and takes a sip of the juice. "You are very welcome." You then walk over to the radio and turn it on quietly but loud enough for you both to hear.

'Today is River Phoenix's birthday! He is turning twenty three!'

'No, john he's turning twenty four. Anyways make sure you all send him cards in the post. This is a special request from River's girlfriend, y/n. This is 'Hey Jude' by The Beatles.

You hear River chuckle as
'Hey Jude' begins to play. "You really requested that?" You quickly nod. "Of course I did."

Once River had finished his breakfast he insisted that he'd clean the dishes but you told him no and that you'd clean them which he finally gave in and let you do it while he took a shower. "What time are your siblings and mother coming over, Riv?" You shout from the kitchen. "I think three o'clock." You nod and continue washing the dishes.

For the whole day you and River watched movies, played games, listened to music and danced. It was three o'clock when the door was knocked and in came Heart, Rain, Joaquin, Liberty and Summer. They all gave hugs and said a 'happy birthday' to River.

You had cooked food for everyone with the help of Heart and Rain while Joaquin, River, Liberty and Summer were in the living room talking and making jokes with one another. "So how are you and River?" Heart wonders. "Amazing actually." You grin at the thought of you two together. "Any kids in the line?" Rain nudges your arm with a smirk and you playfully roll your eyes and let out a chuckle. "We've talked about it, and we both decided that we'd give it a try." You answered.

"Oh my goodness!" Rain gasps. "Oh gosh, I can't wait to have baby River's and you's running around." Heart claps her hands together.

Once everyone finished eating the food that was made they all sat in the living room getting ready to give River his presents. "This ones from us." Joaquin said as he gestured towards his siblings which smiled. "Thank you." River grins and tears open the red wrapping paper and reveals a book that River has been desperately asking them for.
