Edward and y/n were close friends before the night that changed their lives forever. They weren't the bests of friends but they could tel each other secrets.

Y/n and Edward were by his locker chatting when the popular jock approached the two. "Sup, dude." He nods his head towards Edward and he nods back a little confused because y/n and Edward were not popular. "Y/n," the jock turns his attention towards her with a raised brow. "Johnny," She sighs, "I wonder what you could possibly want? Your homework doing?"

Johnny chuckles under his breath and shakes his head. "No sweetheart, I want to go on a date. This Saturday night." Y/n's face turned red from shock. She'd never been asked on a date before; Well apart from the time she was in kindergarten and some snotty kid asked if she could go over his house for a play date but that doesn't really count.

"Oh uh sorry Johnny, but I'm hanging out with Edward that night." The shocked girl shrugs. "Well that's okay, my sister, Julie, is looking for someone at the moment maybe he could tag along on the date with my sister?" Johnny suggests looking over at a uninterested Edward.

"Oh I don't know, Johnny. I'm not really into dates or anything." Y/n says. "No, y/n, I insist." Johnny wraps an arm around her shoulders. "So what do ya say, Ed's?" Johnny asks and Edward sighs then nods. "Sure, its not like I have nothing better." Edward shrugs and slings his bag across his shoulder.

"Great! I'll pick you up at seven pm sharp then we'll go get y/n." Johnny smiles his toothy smiles, kisses y/n on the cheek then walks away. Y/n wipes the kiss off and her and Edward start walking to class. "I can't believe you just agreed to doing that." Y/n sighs. "What else was I supposed to do y/n? It's kinda hard tiring down the jocks sister, even though she wasn't there." Edward rants. "Okay. Okay." Y/n giggles and hugs Edward which was good thing to do since y/n is totally and utterly in love with him.

Ever since he watched her fall off of her bike when she was ten and he laughed at first but helped her up afterwards and their hands touched. Now if y/n told that story to someone they'd think she's crazy by falling in love with the touch of a hand but y/n doesn't care.

Edward is also so utterly in love with her. Ever since her pet hamster died and she cried and cried for hours on hold in Edwards arms. Now if Edward was to tell one of his friends that story they'd say he's going soft for some girl just because her pet hamster died but he wouldn't care. He wouldn't stop being so in love with her.

SATURDAY; TEN PAST SEVEN.

Johnny has picked up Edward and was now driving to y/n's house. Once Edward saw Julie he was shocked. She wasn't his type in anyway. She wore bright pink lipstick, her bright yellow blond hair curled at the ends, she wore a short ass skirt and a button up shirt that was unbuttoned at the top so it showed her cleavage.

Edward tried to sit as far away as possible in the red mustang but it was pretty hard. They soon pulled up at y/n's house and out she came in a pair of denim jeans, black converse, a light yellow T-shirt and a red letterman's jacket that said her last name on the back.

Johnny got out the car and hugged y/n who awkwardly hugged back. Julie places her hand on Edwards thigh and smirked at him. He uncomfortably removed her hand and looked out the window. Y/n got into the passenger seat and looked back at Edward and lightly smiled.

"Hey, I'm Julie, Johnny's sister." Julie waves. "I'm y/n." Y/n introduces herself then turns back around to face the front. "Uh, Johnny where are we going?" Edward speaks up. "This pizza place downtown." Johnny answers and Edward nods.

The Beatles had been playing in the background and y/n was nodding her head to the music. "You like the Beatles huh?" Johnny grins and turns his head towards her and she nods. Johnny turned the radio up so it was now blasting.

Julie looked over at Edward and leaned into his ear. "I can't wait for later. Johnny told me we could go back to our house and you could come to my bedroom." Julie winks and Edward cringes.

"We're here guys!" Johnny announces and they all get out of the car and make their way into the pizza place ( which was called 'the pizza kingdom' ) the four sat down at a table and ordered food except from Edward, who had lost his appetite earlier in the car.

"Why ain't ya eating Ed?" Y/n asked him and he just shrugged. "He's waiting for later." Julie smirks, looking at Edward then towards y/n who scoffed in disgust.

After the three finished eating they paid and made their way outside. "Well tonight was fun." Johnny smiles a cocky smile. "We're goin' back to mine now, if you wanna join?" Johnny wonders. "Uh no thanks, I think I'm gonna call it a night." Edward frowns at y/n.

"Yeah I'm going to stay with Ed." Y/n nods and Johnny screws his eyebrows together confused and anger building up inside of him. "What? No!" He shakes his head and grabs y/n's hand and starts pulling her towards his car. "You're coming with me to my house." He demands and y/n yanks her arm away and falls to the ground but quickly get back up.

"I said I'm staying with Edward now piss off!" She yells and pushes Johnny. "Whatever!" Johnny huffs  and gets into his car. "I can't believe you've done this, Edward. We were supposed to have fun back at my house." Julie pouts.

"Julie! Come on!" Johnny yells and Julie shakes her head then runs to the passenger seat and gets in. "Bye bitch!" She says towards y/n. "Oh get a life you whore!" Y/n rolls her eyes. "You weren't even that pretty anyway!" Johnny shouts before driving off and y/n sticking both of her middle fingers up towards the car then walking over to Edward.

"Dicks." She sighs. It was then silence between the two before y/n decided to speak up. "You really didn't want to eat?" She asks and Edward grins. "Oh no, I wanted to eat just after that car ride with Julie put me off." He explains and y/n chuckles.

It then went back to silence for a good five minutes but this time Edward broke the silence. "Listen y/n, I've kept this in for a while now and I can no longer do it so here it goes. I am so in love with you, ever since your hamster died and I held you as you cried. I love the way your hair flows in the wind and when your running and your laugh just makes me wanna laugh and when you smile it lights up the room. I also love the fact that you help anyone like remember when we saw that homeless guy and you went into the corner shop and got him a bag of chips and a bottle of water and a tooth brush and paste. That made me fall in love with you even more and you don't have to say anything back but-" Edward was cut off by y/n kissing him.

The two pulled away and looked at each other. "I'm in love with you too. Ever since I fell off of my bike and you laughed a little then helped me and we touched hands." She admits. "Ever since then?" Edward breaths and y/n nods. "Ever since then."

"How about we go back into the pizza place and get another pizza?" Edward suggest and she nods. The two grab each other's hands and walk back into the pizza kingdom, the bell ringing at the top of the door as they walked in.

Hey guys, sorry I've taken so long to post this it's just because I've been really busy with my family and everything but everything is good now and I'm no longer busy so I can upload almost every week and hopefully everyday.

I hope you liked this samantha878899 because I really enjoyed writing this and I'm going to admit it, I'm not a big Edward Furlong fan but for some reason I liked writing this chapter.
