Chapter 30

Bettys POV

I woke up next to jughead, I smiled because I finally found someone who I loved with all my heart and soul, I  definitely didn't expect to fall in love with him but I guess I did.

I didn't notice how Jughead was now looking at me too, my cheeks flushed red and when I was to stand up he pulled me closer to his chest and said, "Lets stay like this for a bit." I smiled at those words and nodded, yeah I really love him.

Jugheads POV

I liked being with her, she made me feel things I never thought I could, and after everythibg I have done she still stayed.

It has been a while since I opened up to someone about my feelings but I was glad that she was the one who I did that too.

After a few minutes of just laying together she said, "You know you haven't told me about the new job you found?"

"Oh I didn't?, well I guess I need to tell you about it."I said placing my hand on her cheek.

Then I remembered what Justin told me before I left the building and my mood instantly changed.

I exhaled and said, "Lets eat first."

She saw the sudden change in my mood and quickly asked, "What's wrong?"

I didn't want her to worry so I brushed it off, "Its nothing I am just hungry."

Of course Betty didn't believe what I just said and asked me once again, "Jughead I know you, tell me what's wrong."

So I told her, "When I left the building Justin ran after me and told me that someone sent a picture of us kissing, I was confused on how the hell it reached the office."

I took a deep breath and saw how Bettys face dropped, I stopped and held her hand, "Whats wrong?"

She gripped my hand and said, "A-Actually this anonymous person has been texting me and telling me things about you, like your time in jail"

I was angry, who is this person, why are they stalking betty, and why the hell are they trying to make her hate me.

I knew that I can trust her, so I smiled and told her to not worry about anything.

Because the person who made her feel scared has already been found, thats what Justin told me before leaving me in the dark.

"Anyways, Justing also told me he has been getting weird messages too, he investigated and called the police, and the person has been caught-" Betty cut me off and asked, "Who are they? Do you know them?"

I shook my head, "No but Justin told me he'll text me the address so both of us can meet the person who has been scaring you."

Betty sighed and said, "I am really glad this is all over."

I kissed the top of her head and said, "Lets go eat something before heading out." She nodded and jumped out of the bed and rushed towards the door.

I chucked and followed her, suddenly my phone buzzed, I notice that Justin finally texted me.

I can meet the person who was making Betty uncomfortable.

"Jughead!" Betty yelled from the kitchen, I placed the phone in my pocket and answered "Coming!"

After breakfast

"So did Justin message you?" Betty asked holding the bears hand, "Yes, I was about to tell you if you wanted to come with me."

"Of course I want to, I want to know who was making me worried and scared." She quickly stood up and pointed to her room and said, "I'll go wear something so we can leave."
