You: I know you love Nessa cause you were together for 1 year and 2 months but she is too toxic. I understood that before I walk in and you gave me a hug. You can see it in her eyes. I know that you loved her and maybe you still love her but you have to understand that it it for your good. And if she is fine with that you may realize that she doesn't care or love you anymore and you have to move on okay.
