The next day, Sienna had to run errands and continue with her manager about the movie business. I figured that I could go to the beach, and have the entire day to myself.
I gathered everything I needed in a small beach bag, and headed out. After a long walk, and stopping to sign some autographs, I got to my destination, the beach. I found a quiet and shady corner, where it was less risky to be bothered by people, and set everything down. I walked towards the ocean, and let the water that the waves carried, wrap around my feet, taking sand back with them. I slowly trudged in, and stopped where the water leveled at my waist. I remembered when I was a child, I would hate to stay in the water, because of all of the creatures it held, so I liked to stay perched on the rocks, letting the waves crash up against them occasionally spraying the salty water in my face.
After staying in the water for a while, I decided to dry off in the sun. I set up my towel, and listened to some music while absorbing the sun. I did this for twenty minutes before sitting up, and looking around. My eyes landed on one specific girl who looked familiar. She had a sun hat, sunglasses, straight black hair and glacier white teeth, which could only mean one thing. I sat up and ran up to her.
"Katy! What a surprise, funny seeing you here! Aren't you supposed to be touring?"
"I finished it a couple, of weeks ago! Aren't you supposed to be starring in a movie?"
"No new movie deals lately," I sighed. A few moments of silence later, I spoke up again.
"Well if you are alone, would you like to take a walk or something, and catch up? I haven't seen you in forever,"
"Yeah! Yes! Of course, I would love too," She said.
Most of our afternoon was made up of walking, talking, and relaxing at the beach. I was really glad that I had someone to talk to.
"Well I'm sorry, but I must go home. I'll call you some time, we could do this again. I really enjoyed this afternoon," I said. After we said our goodbyes, I headed back to my home. As soon as I entered, I went straight to the bathroom and started the shower. I slipped out of my soaked bathing suit, and stepped into the warm water. I soaped and rinsed my hair, and enjoyed the relaxing sensation of the shower. When I had finished, I dressed in sport shorts and a hoodie that I had bought in Chicago, when I was filming a movie there. I settled on the couch, covering my waist and below with a beige knitted blanket, and flipped on the TV. I decided to flip through my recordings, and landed on one of my favorite television series by the name of Teen Wolf. I stayed there for a while as it began to rain outside, clutching my favorite pillows which was a white throw pillow with a pink pineapple design. I heard the house phone ring, and I stood up, and walked to the kitchen. I picked up the phone.
"Hello?"
"Hi! Kiara! It's Jeniffer," I heard the voice on the other line say.
"Oh hi!"
"So I was calling to see if you would like to do anything tomorrow? Shopping? Go out to eat."
"Well ironically since I am famous I have nothing to do tomorrow so yes I would," I replied.
"Oh that's great! I'll meet you at your house at noon. Okay?"
"See you then!" Afterwards I hung up the phone, and went back to my cozy little spot on the couch. I curled up, and continued to watch tv, but something about the weather had me tired. My eyelids grew heavy, and my surroundings were swallowed by darkness, as I was introduced to sleep.
