C H A P T E R - 6

After looking around the house, all three of them sat down and Luke and Agatha started the interrogation.

"So, how long have you known each other," Luke started asking while Agatha was looking around the room trying to find something.

"We have been together since college and got married when we were in University. High school sweethearts, you know?" Bellamy said with a sad smile.

"What do you do?"

"I used to work with Seleey but I decided to take a break," she said placing a hand on her belly.

"Has Seeley been acting weird recently?" Agatha asked from across the room.

"What do you mean?" She asked with a confused look on her face."

"Has he been acting paranoid or worried?"

"Oh! I don't know. He has been spending a lot of time in the office lately. Our company is having a big merge."

"Who helps you then? With the whole pregnancy, if Seeley is in the office entire time?"

"His sister, Jessica, she's been a great help," She sighed.

Bellamy pointed at the big photo hanging on the wall. There were 3 people, two of them, obviously the victim and Bellamy, the other they assumed was the sister.

"Where is she now?" Luke inquired.

"She has gone out. I guess, she will be back in an half hour."

"Now, back to Seeley, when was the last time you saw him or talked to him?

"It was the day before yesterday. He left for the office and then called me during his break at around 2."

"Are you sure, he is missing?"

"Yes. He sometimes has to go for business trips but he would always call me, atleast once."

"Is it possible that he is having an affair?"

"I would prefer if you didn't talk like that about him. My seeley is not like others. He loves me." Bellamy answered, obviously enraged by the question.

"Okay. Anything else? Did he ever get threats?"

"He's a billionaire. Of course he got those almost everyday," She scoffed.

"Anything that could risked his life. Stalkers?"

"No. But they are just noises, right? I mean, even if he did, he never told me about it."

"He must have bodyguard or something?"

"Ah yes. James Fredrik. But he is not answering my calls either."

"Why didn't you tell this before? Anyways, do you know from where he was hired?"

"I didn't think that was important. And I don't know anything about that. His assistant handles all of that. She must be in the office right now. "

"Alright. Thank you for help. We will leave now."

"You'll find him won't you? Promise me you will!"

"I pro-" Luke was cut-off by Agatha.

"I am sorry I can't promise any of that. But we will try our best."

"Thank you so much for your help. I will here if you need to ask anything."

Luke gave her his card and left.

Agatha started screaming at Luke,"What the hell, Luke! Didn't anyone tell you! You can't promise stuff like this to victim's family."

"Yes, I'm sorry. My bad. I'll call Charles and ask him to look for the bodyguard," he replied and started the car.

"Let's go to his office."
