Isabella's POV

Its been a whole week since Bella saw Killua. Hes been in his hotel room for the longest time. She sometimes caught herself thinking about what he was doing, and noticed that she's past his room about four times ever since she found out where it was. Probably not intentionally, but she couldn't help but think why she did that.

Hes probably still recovering. She thought, letting out a soft sigh. She picked up the paddle board oar, holding it tight by the grip. Then she wrapped her other hand around the stem and took a big leap off the deck, trying to land on the paddle board. And that's when she realized her mistake. Wait shit- The thoughts in her mind spurred like a slot machine, what was she doing?! (specifically a clown slot machine that produces weapons, iykyk). The moment her foot landed on the surface of the paddle board, it pushed it forward making her fall backwards. Thankfully her head did not hit the dock behind her, she jumped far enough.

"HAHAHAHAHA!"

She spit out the water that went into her mouth when she fell. Wait.

She opened her eyes and looked up at the dock, the water droplets on her eyelashes fell causing her to rub her eyes. Is that who I think it is? She tried looking up but her blurry vision and the sun in her eyes denied her from doing so.

Soon enough, clouds blocked the sun for a short amount of time before appearing again. But before it could blind her, she had already seen the face of the boy on the dock reaching his hand down offering help.

She flipped her now wet hair out of her face, reaching up her right hand to grab his. As soon as their palms touched each others, his grip tightened pulling her up. Obviously she couldn't just let him do all the work. Although, he was already strong enough to save her from plummeting 50 feet, she still wanted to offer him support. With her left hand she dropped the oar and grabbed onto the surface of the dock pulling herself up.

"..Th..Tha..nks.." She said between coughs. She looked up from her sitting position, water soaking up in the wooden floor.

She looked at him from the feet up. I'm pretty sure people his age don't have abs like that, did he get hotter? How did I not notice that befo- Wait.. what. Am. I. SAYING! NO I'M NOT ATTRACTED TO HIM! Bella shook her head vigorously, in denial about her thoughts. Killua watched as she embarrassed herself on the floor, very confused as to why she was shaking her head.

Sure hes a brat, but I can admit that hes cute. Its perfectly normal to think someones handsome, so don't overthink it! Bella reassured herself, putting on a proud face for being so mature.

"No hello?" Killua stood impatiently, tapping his foot on the ground. "No, hey glad your feeling better?"

She looked up, realizing she had been running around in her thoughts she forgot she was having a conversation.

"Oh my bad!" She said laughing, standing up. "Is your back better?"

"Actually yeah! And my cold is gone too!" He raised both his arms into the air, intertwining his fingers and leaning over to stretch.

"Oh so you admit it." Her nonchalant face grew to a egotistical smile.

"What?"

"You admit that you had a cold." She said turning her back to him and preparing to dive back into the water to get the paddle board that had floated away.

"WAIT WHAT?! NO!" His arms dropped from the air to his sides. Making him stand at a "shocked" stance.

"HA Ha. O-" Before she could finished teasing him she felt a warm hand press on her back. Sending her face first into the water, making a splash.
