Chapter 5

***HARLEY'S POV***

"Hey this is my friend hayes."

"Hey i'm Harley"

"And i'm Kylie"

Wait is that hayes, Hayes Grier no it couldn't be or could it, its too dark to tell.

"Why don't we go over closer to the fire where its warmer" hayes suggested.

"Yeah good idea, Harley are you coming"

I snapped out of my thoughts "um yeah"

I was talking with Luke and some other guys when we decided to go for a swim i turned around to see where Kylie was and she was talking to hayes still, she had been talking to him all night.

After the swim i went over to hayes and kylie.

"Hey Its getting late me and Kylie are going to go to bed, see ya around"

"Oh ok see ya later"

As we started to walk back we heard hayes call out to us.

"Wait do you guys want to come for a surf tomorrow morning?"

"We'd love to, we go most mornings, what time?"

"Um about 7"

"Ok cool see you then"

We got back to the cabin and tried to get changed and not to wake anyone up as Kylie tripped over the chair. Shes always falling over stuff.

***NEXT DAY***

We woke up early and got changed into our wetsuits and grabbed our surfboards and headed to the beach, the boys weren't there yet as we were early, but we still went in and started surfing when we saw the boy's.

"Harley i'm going to go in and see the boys"

"yeah ok ill been in soon"

I turned around and caught one last wave in to follow Kylie in to see the boys.

"Hey guys" Kylie said blushing.

Luke and Hayes said "hey" back.

I was walking over to where Kylie and the boys were when i stopped, OMG that is HAYES GRIER.
"Hey harley" Hayes called to me

I just stood there frozen, i couldn't believe my eyes, it has always been my dream to meet him and now its happening, i'm not only meeting him but i'm hanging out with him to.

"Oi Harley you ok" Kylie asked

I snapped out of my thoughts "yeah i'm fine, hey Hayes, hey Luke"
After talking to the boys for a bit we decided to have a surf.
I just couldn't get over the fact that it was Hayes Grier.

We were all mucking around out in the water, pushing each other off our boards and splashing each other when hayes yelled

"OMG SHARK, SHARK"

Kylie and i paddled as quick as we could to the shore to get away from the shark, when we turned around to see the boys still out there laughing at us.

Kylie swam back out to them and yelled at hayes

"Thats not funny Hayes, you scared the shit out of me and Harley"
I paddled out to them to see what they were talking about when i hear hayes say

"Come down babe it was just a joke"

Kylie's mouth dropped "what did you call me?"

Did Hayes Grier just call my best friend babe, no this cant be happening. She doesn't even know who he is.
I was mad he should be calling me babe. As i got to them i cut hayes of

"Hey Ky we should probably go back in and have breakfast"

"Sounds great harley"

"See ya guys around"

***HAYES POV***

Kylie's mouth dropped "what did you call me?"
Before i could even respond Harley cut me of saying they were going to have breakfast.

Luke and i just sat on our boards watching them paddle in. What have i done, why did i say that i'm so stupid. I have to talk to her.

"Hayes, Hayes" Luke called splashing water on me

"Oh ah yeah Luke"

"Why did you say that, you scared them off"

"I don't it sorta just slipped out i guess"

"How does babe just slip out Hayes"

"Not sure, lets just forget about it and go have breakfast"

Before Luke could reply i was already paddling in.

***KYLIE'S POV***

We grabbed our stuff and headed for the cabin

"I cant believe he called me babe"

"KYLIE do you who that was?" Harley yelled at me

"Who Hayes?"

"Yes Hayes, thats not just any hayes thats Hayes Grier"

"What are you talking about"

"Look ill show you"

Harley ran to grab her phone i didn't understand where this was going with this, i was still shocked about what was said and then we just left.

Why did we just leave, we should have stayed. Now they probably think we hate them. Harley came back with her phone.

"Look"

"Harley i don't care about some boy that your obsessing over"

"Just look at the picture that is the same hayes that called you babe"

I look at the picture with shock she was right. Before i could say anything a voice from behind me said........
