Plotting in the Witch's Kitchen

Witch's Kitchen
Big Brothers are so annoying! They like to pick strange white pebbles. They make bread crumb trails out of your food when you are lost in the woods. They say it's ok to eat a gingerbread house and they think it's not a problem to take help from a strange old woman living in a ginger house.
Big Brothers are so annoying but they don't deserve to be eaten by a witch. That's no way to go! I am absolutely positively sure that the old woman is a witch. She has Hansel locked up in a dirty cage in the garden. Also, she has been stuffing him like a pig. I think she's plotting to eat Hansel. She's got that hungry gleam in her eyes. She made me clean out the oven today. She wants me to heat it up nice and toasty tomorrow.
Big Brothers are so annoying but I miss my brother. Occasionally, I can catch a glimpse of him when I lean over the sink and twist my head at a weird angle. The old hag has kept me locked in the kitchen and works me like a slave. She doesn't let me go out or to meet him. For the last few days, I've been trying to sneak out. One time I threw away the water so I could get some from the well but she wouldn't let me. I had to go thirsty that night. Another time, I said I'd pick the vegetables from the garden but she told me to scrub the floors. She got the vegetables herself. The blind old bat is clever!
Big Brothers are so annoying but we are family. He has always taken care of me. Even after our Stepmother convinced father to leave us in the woods ... he never deserted me. When I was scared, he held my hand and wiped away my tears. He did everything he can to protect me. Now, it's my turn to rescue him.
