Parents

The hours passed by and after A LOT of questions and games with Sophie it was time for her nap time. She was asleep on the couch next to where Jimin and Taehyung were sitting.

Alex had actually just woken up from his nap and was now in Jimin's arms. Jimin was playing with his little hands adorably.

"You were right, you are great with kids," Taehyung said.
"Yeah, they're the only humans that don't really know how to judge or be mean to people, so we get along nicely"
"He's adorable"
"Yes he is, his eyes are so green" Jimin said staring at the cute baby with a cute smile.

"Do you wanna have kids someday?" Taehyung asked all of a sudden.
"You mean like, us having a baby? Like a son or a daughter?" Jimin asked freaking out.
"No! I mean yes! I mean, would you like to have kids someday in the future?"
"Well...I always wanted to, I really love kids and I wanna feel how it is to be a father someday...why the question?"
"Cause looking at you with him made me think about it. I never really thought about having kids because I never had much interaction with any. But I was just wondering, don't worry"
"Well in case someday we become parents, you should know that you'll be a wonderful dad," Jimin said and kissed Taehyung.
"You will be amazing too obviously"

"I really hope we live the rest of our lives together Tae" Jimin said.
"We will," he smiled and pecked Jimin's nose and then his head.

Suddenly they heard a knock on the door. Taehyung stood up and opened it since Jimin was with Alex. It was Lea, she got inside the house and into the living room.
"Hey so, how was it? Did they behave?"
"Yes! Everything was perfect, they are great" Jimin smiled giving her the baby.
"Let me help you with Sophie," Taehyung said and picked her up.

They got outside and he placed her on her seat and buckled her up. Lea did the same with Alex and then paid them and thanked them.
They got back in the house, closed the door, and walked to Jimin's room. Both of them put on their pj's and laid in bed.

Taehyung sighed "I'm exhausted," he said.
"Me too, Sophie really asked us a lot of questions" Jimin laughed.
"She was funny"
"Yeah, we did great for our first time as babysitters"
"I agree" Taehyung smiled and kissed Jimin's cheek.
"I really wanna sleep now"
"Me too"

They fell asleep very quickly cuddling each other. When Taehyung woke up he was alone. He found a note on the nightstand and read it.

Good morning, you look beautiful.
I woke up early and your mom came by the house and asked me if I wanted to check out her new home, so I agreed, but I'm writing this before I go so you know where I am, also you did the same thing.
You know where to find me, don't really know when I'll be back, I love you,

Taehyung left the note and dressed up. He checked his hair in the mirror and then exited the room.
"Good morning sleeping boy," Namjoon said.
"Hey, I'm gonna go to my mom's if that's okay"
"Yeah, of course, Jimin is there with Jin"
"I know, that's why I'm going" Taehyung smiled.
"Here, eat" Namjoon handed Taehyung a toast for him to eat something before he left. Taehyung ate it, thanked him, and left.

He walked all the way to her mom's house and finally arrived. He knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer. His mom opened the door and smiled instantly, Jin was with her it looked like they were talking.

"Hi, mom," he said and hugged her.
"Hey, do you need something honey?"
"No, I was just looking for Jimin"
"Oh, he's upstairs in your room," she said.
"Okay," he smiled and jumped up the stairs.

He walked through the hallway and slowly opened the door to his room. He found Jimin holding a picture frame, staring at it firmly. Taehyung could only see Jimin's back, so he entered the room, closed the door, and walked towards him.

"Hey" he softly said embracing Jimin from behind, caressing Jimin's nape with his nose and then placing his chin on top of Jimin's shoulder.
"Hi" Jimin smiled at the feeling.
"What are you doing?"
"I was just looking at your room, your mom gave me a full house tour," he said cutely.
"And why are you holding this picture frame?"

The frame had a picture of Taehyung when he was a kid, being held by his mother, who hugged him lovingly, both of them were smiling.
"It's a beautiful picture," Jimin said.
"Are you okay?" Taehyung asked noticing Jimin's voice was cracking.

Jimin placed the frame where it belonged and sat down, Taehyung sat down beside him.

"Yeah I just...sometimes I get this anger or like sadness when I think about my parents, and how awful they were"
Taehyung hugged him and Jimin dropped a few tears. "Don't cry baby" he pouted.
"Sorry it's just hard to think about, I don't miss them I just really wish they would have been good parents to us, but they weren't...ever"
"I'm sorry you had to live like that" Taehyung said.
"It's okay, I'm okay, it's just unbelievable sometimes"
