You looked outside one last time before making up your mind and running outside to help the cat. You weren't even down your porch steps when you were K.O to the ground by the watery bullets falling from the sky.

Never in your entire life have you ever been defeated by rain but something about this storm was just crazy. You struggled to get back up and regain some balance because of the rain. After a few failed attempts at trying to get up and failing you decided to just crawl over to the cat.

Well that was the plan till you saw all the mud and puddles on the ground. You didn't want to get dirty so you tried to get again and this time wasn't instantly pushed back down by the water bullets of the sky. You started to jog to where you last saw the cat only to find it looking directly at you. Probably wondering what the hell that human is doing and why it gets beat up by rain.

As you approached it just kept staring at you, guess after getting beat up by rain it didn't see you as a threat. You slowly crouched in front of the cat it seemed to be somewhat hesitant to even go near you. You slowly started reaching o it but stopped as the cat started to back away only for it to jump into your arms when a loud rumble of thunder hit.

You didn't waste any time and quickly got up with the cat in your arms and started running back to the door almost getting K.O by the water bullets again. You safely made it into your house now soaking wet covered in dirt, but you accomplished your mission of getting the cat. Now that you were inside you were able to see there cat better it was a jet black cat with big red eyes and some pinkish looking fur as well. It was an odd looking cat but it looked hella badass like something out of a horror movie.

You took off your shoes and quickly went to go change out of your wet clothes to avoid getting sick. You ran up to your room and placed the cat down near your bedroom dresser. You slowly got dressed into some PJs. (you can decide on the PJ details.) After getting dressed you turned towards the cat who was still soaking wet. You quickly walked over to the bathroom to grab a towel and as soon as you got back your heart almost stopped the cat was now somehow bone dry as a desert as if it was never out in the rain.

You shook it off as the cat had dried itself while you went to get a towel for it. You quickly picked up the cat and hurried down to the kitchen to continue making dinner for yourself. You placed the cat down on the counter while you check the pasta. (or whatever you want to make) You still had a few minutes before it was done so you quickly went to one of the cabinets it look for something to give the cat.

You pulled out some random can of tuna and decided that would be fine since it didn't seem expired. You opened the can and held it out to the cat and it seemed to like it so you placed the can of tuna on the counter next to the cat and went back to preparing your own dinner.

After a few minutes of cooking you were sitting in front of your TV watching some random show while eating. The cat was laying on your lap as you ate watching you from below, you didn't mind of course since this all probably seems new to the cat. Of course though the power had to go out and the town went pitch black. You felt around for a second trying to locate your phone when you grabbed onto it.

You opened it up and looked at the battery it had a good 54% charge on it. You quickly finished your dinner before using your phone flashlight to navigate the way around your house. You made it to your room and decided to just go to the bed for the night since it was already late and the power was out.

The cat climbed in to bed before you did making itself at home. You slid in next to the cat and almost instantly got tired as your eyes became droopy you slowly started to close your eyes but at the same time fighting to keep them open. You finally gave in to sleep and just as you were about to close your eyes a flash of lighting lit up the room and you didn't know if it was just you imagining things but, the cat seemed to be grinning at you?
