I was blessed with one of the best mothers this world had to offer.
She allowed me to stay with Harry for the weekend because she trusted my judgement.
She was never strict and I believe this is why I was such a laid back person.
I never had the desire to party or anything, just sit at home most of the time with a friend or maybe go to the mall.

That same night, after making dinner and watching a marathon of the X-men movies, was the first night Harry and I got to stay together.

It was never about sex, no.
He knew I couldn't risk pregnancy with my condition and our love was so strong it wasn't needed.
That's how I knew he was the one.

As cheesy and cliché as it sounds, I felt like a princess anytime Harry would carry me places.
He had such strong arms and such a strong build. I felt so safe around him, like nothing bad could ever happen.

I got tired so easily, and he understood that I couldn't help it. He laid in bed right there beside me and ran his hand up and down my scar from my surgery.

"Do you know how strong you are?
I hope you never think of this scar as anything less than proof of that.
You've made it through so much and you're so beautiful and I don't know what I did to deserve you. You are the strongest person I know" his voice was raspy from being half asleep.

Harry had this weird way of making me want to cry and kiss him at the same time.

So I did both.

"Harry, you're strong too, ya know.
Being able to pull yourself out of something bad and move on to something good for you.. That takes a lot of strength and I'm nothing short of proud of you." I was. I was so proud of him, some people aren't that lucky.

He scooted in close to me and wrapped is arms around me tighter.

"I wish I would've met you sooner" he whispered, almost to himself.

"I believe you came into my life at the perfect time, Harry.
We make each other strong. That's something I never want to lose"

"You're never going to lose me, Chase. I never want to hurt you. I'm gonna cling on to you until time runs out because I've never been so happy."

For once in my life, I felt like I was unstoppable.
With Harry by my side I could accomplish anything.

Maybe I wasn't so forgettable, after all.
