You are floating peacefully. Suddenly, there are murmers around you.
"Are they dead?"
"Who are they?"
"I think they're waking up!"
You open your eyes, squinting at the light pouring through the open window.
"W- where am I?" you ask, still layed down.
"Well, considering you just fell through our ceiling and-"
"What Logan is saying is, Welcome to the mindpalace!" announced a grand voice
"Roman! Don't scare the child!" said Logan
"Child?!" spluttered Roman, "They don't look like a child!
"Yes they do Roman, they look much younger than anyone here."
Something doesn't fit in with your memories. Then it hits.
"Uhh... W- who am I?" you ask, and Roman and Logan's arguing stops. Logan looks intrigued.
"Fascinating" he mutters.
You try to sit up, but the room tilts violently to the side. You almost throw up.
Logan helps you sit up, "You must be still weak from forming..."
You suddenly feel darker, like you want to be alone. You curl up in a ball. The weight of everything, meeting new people, everything just hits you.
The room gets darker, and you start to cry. You gasp for breath, choking on air. The room becomes pitch black, and everyone seems to disappear...
Everyone... Except... You...
Some time later you've calmed down, and some dark grey light fills the room. You feel strong enough to stand, and do so, heading out of the room.
You hear voices from downstairs.
"What side are they?"
"What do they represent?"
"Thomas, just breathe, ok?"
You head downstairs to see a person in blue comforting a person in a flowery polo shirt, and Logan and Roman talking to each other quietly.
You clear your throat quietly. Everyone turns to look at you. You point to Thomas.
"I- I know you-"
Ok I can't be bothered to write any more tonight so have a cliff hanger instead-
