❝WILL YOU look at that, another female wolf. Just our luck!"

Rain was hidden behind a tree, watching the four humans surround another female wolf. She was shocked, this was the first time in awhile since she had seen a female wolf.

"Can't believe it, after we get rid of all the females let's start with the males."

Rain covered her growl with a soft, small cough. She was pissed, it finally hit her on why females were rare, on why the male population of werewolves was higher than the female.

They were hunting, and killing every female in their sight.

They knew that females were important, they bred and provided pups. If the females were out the way there was no way for fully werewolf breeds to exist. Once the females were out they would deal with the males.

They wanted to eliminate us all.

Rain watched as the dark brown wolf growled at them, the humans chuckled and surrounded her like she wasn't a vicious creature.

"Isn't this one feisty,"

"Can't wait to fuck her."

Rain couldn't help the growl that came out of her throat. The humans snapped their head in her direction.

"Shh, did you hear that..."

"Hear what?"

"I think- I think we might just get ourselves another wolf." One of the human males said. "Secure this one, I'll check the sound out."

Rain smirked, he had no idea what was coming. She watched as the human took slow steps in her direction.

Just a little bit closer...

She thought, She launched at him from behind and poked at his eyes sockets, hard. The man hissed in pain slamming himself against a tree, trying to get Rain off him. Every time he tried she would just push deeper, Rain started to get bored and ripped his eyes sockets out, his screams echoing throughout the forest.

Her claws were covered in crimson and she smiled at the sight.

"Fucking hell, my damn ears." Rain said, she slammed his head against the tree, knocking him out cold.

She could hear the footsteps of the other three humans approaching her, she didn't have any time to waste so she shifted into her wolf form killing them off, although she ended up getting stabbed with silver Rain didn't feel as much pain as the first time.

She was used to it, over the weeks she has been hunting the humans with silver on them, she called them the hunters. Every time she killed one off she made sure they stabbed her at least once for her body to get used to it.

Rain approached the female wolf who was bound to the ground with chains and a muzzle on her, the dark brown wolf was howling in pain at the silver effecting her. Then she slowly went back to her human form, her wolf clearly couldn't handle the amount of silver.

Snapping the chains with her teeth, Rain turned back to her human form and approached the dark skinned girl, reaching out to take the muzzle off her. Rain hissed a little at the silver but nonetheless managed to get it off.

"W-who are you?" The girl muttered in pain.

"Rain, you know a thank you would be nice." She said in a teasing tone, the dark skinned girl rolled her eyes but smiled at her response. "Can you get up?"

"What do you think?"

"Okay let me rephrase that, do you have enough energy so when I turn into my wolf you can climb onto my back,"
