14 | Chocolate

RAIN GOT out of bed early, it was bright outside, the sunlight was seeping through her window casting light on her face. She squinted her eyes a little to get a better view of her surroundings and leaped out of bed.

Rain was used to waking up extra early but this was probably the latest she's woken up at, since she was surviving on her own she's had to move from one place to another in order to stay alive and cover her tracks. And then Nevaeh came along, she was a deep sleeper but since Nevaeh had stuck by her side Rain had to keep waking her up, like her own personal alarm clock.

Rain looked at the time which read 9:05 and got out of the bed to freshen up. She must have woken up late because she had nothing to worry about since she was safe here.

Safe.

It felt nice for Rain to not look over her back every second, to relax a little and ease the tension. It was like a small weight off her shoulders and for once she could rest peacefully. The bed was comfortable unlike nature's floors which she was so used to.

"Rain...?"

Rain could hear Nevaeh's tired voice from the shower and she called out to Nevaeh. She heard Nevaeh enter the bathroom.

"Hey, you're awake early,"

"Yeah, you messed up my sleeping schedule." Rain grinned at that.

"Hand me a towel," Rain said, Nevaeh handed her a towel and she wrapped it around herself while getting out.

"And you're awake late, what a coincidence."

"Couldn't help it, the bed is just too comfy."

"Right? Perks of being rich with luxury."

Rain got out of the bathroom and headed for the closet, it was hot outside so she decided to just wear a short sleeved shirt, tucked in her jeans.

"I'm still impressed at the fact that they got all these clothes in time, and how do they even know our sizes?" Rain spoke from the closet.

"They are royals, and about the sizes? Who the hell knows."

"Look at this," Rain said, picking up a black lace bra. "Literally my exact size,"

"You have big tits and besides your mate probably felt them up to get the right size." Nevaeh said with a small snicker.

"Whatever." Rain spoke with a small blush, her mind drifted off to when they mated and she clenched her thighs.

"Woah girl, I can literally smell your arousal from here."

"Shit." Rain spoke while biting her lip.

"Go get laid, speaking of sex I really need to get laid myself..."

"Alright, let's go now." Rain said getting out of the closet. Nevaeh was in front of her and opened the door, when Rain was about to get out Nevaeh pushed her back in while shutting the door.

"What the fuck."

"Uh, what's wrong?" Rain said, she could see the shock written all over her face.

"You have got to be kidding me..."

"Helloo?"

"Oh right, you're still here. I have news,"

"No shit, speak!"

"I-I think I just saw my mate,"

"What? Why is he here?"

"I don't know..." Nevaeh replied.
