Quincy and I were sitted on the floor of our basement playing video games.I had basically turned the basement into my second room.I had put some seats and there was also a desk.After I was bought for a new bed I moved the old one to the basement since it was still intact.There was a beanbag and a sofa too.We had an old working TV which was also put in the basement so I basically called the place my second room.Quincy was sitted on the beanbag and I at the sofa.She was definitely winning this game since she was a pro.
"Damn Moe.You definitely need my skills,"she said as we put the controllers on the table beside the TV."Argh.You beat me once and you want to make a big deal.I see you holding a grand party when you beat me for one week,"I said and we both laughed.

"Want anything?"I asked as I went up the staircase."Water is just fine.You know we have a game in a week."she said as she went to lay on the couch.I went up and picked to bottles of water then came back down.My phone buzzed as I passed Quincy her bottle.I checked and it was a message from Noah.He was asking if I wanted to go to his place the next day.I replied sure and put my phone on the desk as I sat at the chair."So is it just me or Sham and Lucas have been sneaking around?"Quincy asked sitting up.

"Oh they definitely have been,"I said and we both laughed."So do you think they are sneaking together or with some other people?"she asked.

"Oh I'm sure it's with other people.The other day I saw Lucas flirting with Phoebe,"

"Oh no.It's definitely together.She blushes like hell whenever Lucas sits next to her,"

"So what?Almost all girls in school blush whenever he talks to them.That face can't go unnoticed you know,"

"Well then,let's  bet.Twenty bucks,"I said with a smug look."Ok it's a bet,"she said laying back on the couch.I connected my phone to the bluetooth speaker that was beside the TV and put on some music as we sat in silence.I turned my head to her and she was smirking."You better get rud of that look on your face cause I'm definitely winning this,"I said and took a sip of water.
"You might as well pay up cause I've already got your money in my pocket,"she said still smirking.I rolled my eyes and went to lay on the bed.

We said the grace and everyone dispersed to their various age groups.Every month our church made sure each age group had a meeting to discuss their monthly agendas.
I sat at the back beside Lucas as Bryson went on talking about a youth rally that would be coming up in the end of November.After twenty minutes of talking we were done and now leaving,Lucas beside me.

"Lucas,"he looked at me."Are you seeing someone?"I asked and he looked at me both surprised and tensed."No.Why?No.Who said so?"I laughed at the expression on his face knowing he definitely liked someone and there definitely was something going on but decided to let it go this time."No one.I was just asking."I said as I we got outside the gate."Wait.Why are you asking?"he now stood looking at me curiously."Chill broh.I am not into you if that's what you think.It's for a friend,"I said winking and he let out a breath of relief."You should see the look on your face,"I was laughing hysterically and he flipped me the middle finger."Who's the friend?"he asked now looking serious.

"You'll know her soon.Now see you later I'm passing by Noah's place,"I said as I turned to a corner.Noah had shown me this way to his place which was shorter."Oh.So you guys are now visiting each other,"he said wriggling his eyebrows."Woaw.Don't let your mind mislead you.Besides he is a grade below us,"I shrugged.'So what he's still eighteen and he's taller than you,'he said now grinning.Now it hit me.He was eighteen and a grade below me.Why.Maybe he just started school late.Yeah.That's definitely it.Lucas was still grinning at me now looking like a ten year old who was waiting to be given a piece of candy."Lucas,
go home you stupid goat,"I said as I waklked away."You are my little sister remember.We goat together,"he shouted behind my back but I ignored him even though I smiled at the thought of him  being my brother.

M:I'm at your door.

I texted Noah as I appeared his house.He opened the door grinning at me as he stood there."Are you gonna let me come in?"I aksed him and he moved away letting me in.The house was oddly quiet  which only ment one thing."Noah are you home alone?"I asked him as he got into the room.
"Ye-yeah.Shit is it a problem.W-we can leave if...."he started and I cut him off."It's cool,"I said and sat down even though I was a bit uncomfortable.I had heard stories of girls who never returned home after such incidents.

The cold breeze from the fun got me off my thoughts as I started sneezing."Please turn off that fan,"I said to him as he came back to the room carrying a glass of water and an empty coffe mug.He put them on the table and turned the fan off."You got allergies?"he turned to me and I nodded then taking a tablet from my bag and downing it with the water he'd brought me.
He sat on the couch across me staring at the TV.Spongebob was on."Uuummm Noah,"he turned to me,"not to disturb you but who's this mug for?"I asked."Oh,"he said as he picked it and went to the coffee maker.I started laughing and he joined in as he sat back with his mug now full of coffee.

We watched spongebob for one hour since it was a re-run.I'd noticed he was now on his second cup of coffee which was almost empty."Ok this is like your second cup and by the looks of it you are going for the third one,"I said as I lay my chin on the my arm now looking at him."Yep,"he said standing heading for the coffee maker again."Isn't it like unhealthy or something?"I asked now turning so that I lay on my back my head on the hand of the sit."I'm  turning eighteen in like a month so my limit and yours are different."he said sitting back down with his mug.In twenty minutes he was done with that cup.He then stood up leaving the room with both cups and I heard water running.He was obviously cleaning the glasses we had used.

I turned down the TV volume and closed my eyes feeling relaxed.I was in a relaxed state for about five minutes till I felt my body being lifted of the couch swiftly and I snapped my eyes open.Was someone kidnapping me?I glanced up to find Noah smirking at me as he moved around the couch as I started screaming in panick.
"Put me down you animal!"I said now hitting his chest and kicking my legs but he held onto me like it was nothing."Nop until you say that I am strong enough to carry two of you,"he said now going round in circles."Ok.You are strong enough two carry two of me.Now put me down you nitwit,"I said hitting him now almost getting angry.He walked back to the couch and laid me back and I sat up immediately giving him a deathly stare."Damn girl.Those hands sure are stronger than they look,"he said rubbing wherw I'd hit him."Yeah and that was just a trial,"I  said rolling my eyes.He got up and came back with an apple then handed it to me.I smiled at it as he threw my bag on his back."Now let's get you home before your mom comes for my head?"he said as headed for thw door.I switched  off the TV and followed him out.

We had walked for sometime in silence.He then stopped and turned to me."So how did you feel while laying on my glorious arms,"
he was smirking.I squinted  my eyes looking at him trying to get to him.Was he flirting with me?

You know you felt good in his arms.Just for once be truthful about how you fell Moe.

"It was hell,"I said as I smacked the back of his head and walked ahead of him."Now walk faster before my mom comes for your head,"he jogged catching up with me.We walked for another five minutes and almost came to my house."We all know you loved it Maria,"he said as he handed my bag and stood at my door step as I got in."Go your way Noah,"I said as I stood by the door."So that you can look at my ass.Ok then,"he turned leaving as I face palmed myself.
I smiled as I got into the house.

Ell walked past me to the kitchen."Moe,why you smiling like mom just came in with ice cream,"she asked looking at me curiously.
"Mrs.Scott who leaves next door just said we are welcome for cookies tomorrow after school,"I walked past her smiling even more as I headed to my room.
