On monday morning the weather was quite in my favour.The sun was out abit so I did not have to wear a heavy jumper.It felt great.I had just left the house and was now walking to Tasha's place.Tasha was also leaving her house and stood on the pavement when she saw me approaching.

"Morning amigo,"I said as I hugged her."Morning,how was your weekend?"We let go of each other and went on walking.I turned to explain to her when we heard a honk.We both turned only to find Lucas' arm hanging on the window of a sleek grey Ford fiesta at the driver's seat."Damn broh,"I said holding my my fist to my mouth."Mmmhhh,tell me about it,"he said as Tasha got into the front sit and I got in the back as we all laughed."This is some sweet ride,"I said as I connected my phone with the aux cord."I know.My dad gave it to me in August and said I could drive it too school,"he said beaming with happiness.

We got to school in a minute and he parked as we headed to the study area.Just then Sham and Quincy arrived and joined us.
Sham sat beside Lucas while Quincy sat beside Tasha."So Moe,"Lucas started smiling at me and I looked at him with a questioning look."I heard you went over to Noah's.What was up?"he asked smiling even more as I gave him an angry look and at the same time tried smiling so that the others wouldn't  notice."Oh Moe you did?"
Tasha asked in a high pitched voice indicating that she was both angry and excited.Angry that I didn't tell her  and excited thinking that she was right."Hhheee ok,"Quincy exclaimed excitedly and Shan was just grinning.

"Oh thanks so much Lucas,"I said  rolling my eyes,"and it was nothing serious,"I said shrugging."Now Lucas I heard you like someone,"I said wriggling my eyebrows trying to get the attention of me."Woaw Moe.Don't try to change the story,"Tasha butted in and all the attention was back to me."So why did you go over?Did he ask you to?"Tasha shot a question at me."Kinda,' I shrugged."Why?What did you guys do?"she shot another one."Nothing much just watching TV then I left."I said and shifted on my sit as I was getting uncomfortable discussing my life with everyone."Ok,you are of the hook now,"Tasha said now turning to Lucas when she noticed my state."What about you loverboy?Who's making you go crazy?"

Lucas stared at her for a while then stretch his arms out behind him supporting himself on them."No one in particular at the moment,"he said as he was now staring at the ceiling.Just the Sham got up quickly and said she was going to the bathroom.

The bell then rang and we strode to class.
Mr.Bigbudei our chemistry teacher was sitted on the chair with his legs on top of the desk.We settled down and the class soon started.

We were now sitted at the lunchtable. Apparently  today  lunchbreak was to go on till the next period ended so no one was in a hurry.The teachers had a meeting.Why was it not like this every other day?I could use the sleep.

We had finished our lunch cleared our table and now sitted just chatting.Sham was telling me about a  new book she was reading when Tasha tapped my arm."Come with me,Quincy you too,"she said as she stood from the table."Gimme a sec,"I said to Sham and she just nodded and went to her phone.I was grabbing my bag but Tasha stopped me."Leave them,we'll be back in like five minutes and Sham is still here so,"she said holding our wrists pulling us.On the other hand Sean and Noah were also standing.Sham was still on her phone and had not noticed that she was now alone with Lucas at the table.Wait.She was alone with Lucas.

I gazed around and saw Noah and  Sean on their phones as if recording whatever was going to happen.Wait.Then Lucas stood up and walked to Sham's back and stood.
"Yoh guys,can I have your attention,"Lucas said and the buzz of students in the cafeteria stopped.Sham lifted her head from her phone noticing she was alone at the table.She looked around confused wondering why people were starring at her.She then turned to us and we pointed behind he and she turned her head.

To  say the look on her face was priceless was an understatement.She was smiling widely I could have sworn I saw her molars."Ah,Sham.No Shamalla Merly I mean Merl,"Lucas started out a bit nervous."Shit!"he muttered to himself and chuckles were heard."I take this opportunity to..to...no.I-I...ah....will you be my girlfriend?"he finished looking nervous and was blushing.His white skin didn't do him any favour since a shade of red was pretty much visisble at the tip of his ears and his cheeks.

"Oh Lucas,"that was all Sham said before standing and literally launching herself at his arm hugging him.They almost fell.She then let him with tears falling down her cheeks.

"Well I didn't get your answer,"Lucas said smiling widely at her."Oh,"she laughed nervously,"Yeah,definitely,"she said and Lucas leaned his head towards her and they kissed."Damn!That is one long ass juicy kiss,"Quincy said out loud and everyone burst laughing as the two let each other go.

"Ok people.Show's over you can now go back to your boring lives,"Tasha said pulling me and Quincy back to the table as everyone else sat down.I turned to Quincy smirking,"Dude pay up,"I said as I put both my hands on the table.Everyone turned to me surprised."Moe did you bet on your friend's feelings?"Tasha asked smacking the back of my head."Ouch and it was valid.
Quincy insisted that Lucas was sneaking around with a stranger when I insisted it was Sham so we decided to place a bet and I won.So Quincy my twenty bucks.ASAP."I said smiling widely as Quincy placed the money in my hands."It was nice doing business with you,"I said grinning as I stretched my hand out to her for a greeting but she just flipped me.

"But how did you even  know?I was very very careful"Sham asked and she was blushing even more.I scoffed."Careful.Girl you literally came to class with a look that said *I'VE JUST MADE OUT REAL GOOD* too class that day.You guys dissapear at the same time.Last but not least,Lucas got all jealous and protective when Jake offered you his sweatshirt after I spilled coffee on you last week.One plus one equals two my students,"I said feeling all happy and glorious that I was the only one who noticed the love birds.Lucas just rolled his eyes and I laughed."Love you too broh,'

"So Moe,have you told your friends about what happened yesterday?"Noah looked at me smirking.I looked at him wide eyed pleading him to just shut but it seemed like he had other plans."So Moe here insisted that I carry her to prove my point from the Friday talk,"I gasped at the sudden turn of events in the story.He just lied."Oh no.No.I definitely did not do that,"I said now shooting daggers at Noah with my eyes."But Moe you said nothing happened,"Quincy poked my on my stomach as everyone else laughed."My God.I'm telling you guys the truth,"I said in a whiny tone  but Noah butted in."I've got proof,"he said waving his phone in the air.

He then pressed  play on it and a video of him carrying me in his arms played.It even had a song playing along.It only played the part where I was calm and had to repeat Noah stupid line and that part where he put me back on the sofa then  ended.

"Noah,"I sayed now frustrated that the video was out and the gang would not stop teasing me."Ok guys he's edited that whole shit,this is what happened,I groaned as I explained what really happened.After I was done they still had the same stupid looks on their faces when Noah showed them the video."So you basically laid on the couch so he could carry you?"Sean asked grinning at me and everyone mumbled yeah as I groaned hitting my head on the table lightly."Watch your head Moe,"Noah said with a smug look."You watch yours,"I said smilling evily as I turned to my backpack."Oh oh.Run Noah.Run,"Quincy said and Noah took off for the cafeteria doors as I took out my water bottle taking a sip out of it and laughing so hard."Oh,"
Quincy said again only making the situation even more funny and we all burst laughing.

I sighed,"I hope her never stops running,"I said laughing hysterically at that thought.

12:39 pm and I'm tired.So goodnight guys💫💫🧡.I really had fun writing this chapter even though the proposal part was abit tricky😂🥴
