*TUESDAY *

I tied my short thick hair in a bun slung my backpack on my shoulder and left my room to take breakfast.Today I had woken up early enough for me to prepare for school without haste.I reached the table and found only mom at the table."Morning mom,"I said as I picked two bread slices from the island."Morning,dad had to leave earlier than normal for some urgent work,"she said as she went through the paperwork she always goes through every morning.I took my breakfast and cleaned up after I was done."I'm gone,"I slammed the door shut and left for school.I noticed Lucas had walked past our house and I jogged to him and joined."Morning to you too Maria,"he said after he noticed I was not going to say anything.I laughed at his sarcasm."Dude it's only seven thirty,too early. I heard somewhere that it's bad luck to talk too much in the morning,"I said shrugging."Oh wow.Seems like I'm the one talking too much,"he said in a flat tone making me laugh."Anyway where's Tasha?"he asked as we passed her house and she didn't get out.
"I don't know.Most probably she's already at school,"we turned to the corner and came into view with our school gates.

"Dude,"Lucas nugged my arm using his elbow."Yeah,"I looked up from my phone to face him and saw him pointing towards the school entrance."Isn't that Tasha?"he said pointing to a her.He long braids were held in a high bun making her backpack noticable.She was getting into the school parking lot with a guy.Sean."What.With sean!"Lucas exclaimed as we walked abit faster to catch up with her."Yeah man,they like made up or something so they are now cool,"I shrugged and Lucas only turned to look at me."When.How.Ok why are they even walking into school together?"he asked now laughing,"it doesn't make sense,"he added."I think Sean likes her,"I said as we approached them.They were sitted on the benches outside the library and we joined them."Good morning to you two,"Sean said as we plopped down on the benches.They answered back and we started chatting about the new vending machine that had been put up in the cafeteria.

Lucas then  got a phone call and said he had to see a teacher.I got up from my seat and followed him since we were heading towards the same direction.He noticed me behind him and turned to me,"Moe why are you following  me?"I looked at him abit confused and noticed  he was abit tensed but tried to cover it with a smile."Why.Is there a problem if I do?"I asked folding my arms onto my chest."N-no.No.It's just that I  kind of think it won't  be a good  idea if I appear into a teacher's office with my youger sister,"he said and that blew of my seriousness."Oh Lord.I'm headed to my locker anyways,"I turned my back to him and he laughed as I walked away.

I had shoved all my books into my locker only leaving my math book since it was the first period.Tasha appeared by my side scaring the crap out of me as she started talking without my knowledge."So I'm sorry
I didn't inform you about walking to school with Sean.He-he asked for my help with some homework and I had to help  him.I'm so sorry,"she said as she hugged me."Oh no.
Don't worry it's fine."I said hugging her back."So you and Sean.What's going on between you two?"We walked into class and students were all over."What do you mean  what's going on?"she said as we sat at our usual places."Oh so now we are acting dumb."she raised her brow at me still looking lost.I face palmed myself as I got onto my point."My God.The guy is obviously into you,"Tasha literally laughed.
I could have sworn this girl was crazy sometimes."Moe what have you been taking?Did you steal your mom's wine again?"

"Sssshhh.That was a one time thing.And stop trying to avoid this topic."

"Ok starters.I am not avoiding anything and Sean definitely does not like me,"

"You are the one supposed to be with sense between us.Why can't you sense this.Or see.Whatever,"

"Trust me.We are just friends and nothing more.Infact I'll ask him as proof,"she said as she turned to her book not even noticing that it was upside down."Sure.Whatever you say ma'am,"I whispered into her ear earning a smack at the back of my head.
Just them Shamalla walked to her desk and she looked frazzled.

He lipstick was smudged and her shirt was abit crumpled."Girl what happened to you,"Tasha exclaimed as Sham slid into her chair.It was obvious that she was from avery hot make out session but we didn't want to ruin the moment."I-I-a I was late for school so I literally ran the whole way here,"she gave a   fake smile and faced back to the front as she took out her mirror to fix her face."So you ran to school and that messed your lipstick and crumpled your shirt,"I asked almost laughing as I gave Tasha a knowing look."Yeah totally,"she finished touching up her make up and put her stuff back into her bag.Just then Lucas sauntered into the classroom with a smirk on his face.He turned to our direction and waved and I noticed Sham rolling her eyes.There definitely was something the two were not telling us.I am sure if it wasn't for the dark skin she would have been a red ripe tomato by now.

Mr Leo walked in carrying papers and to be precise the CAT we had done the previous week.The class groaned as he put the papers on the desk and looked at us.He didn't look happy at all but that did not worry me beacuse that was Mr Leo for you.This period was goind to be long.

This chapter was short.I know.Ill try writing longer ones.You guys think Sean and Tasha will hook up or not?😂
