Jax dressed me for night two. A cute tank top, a pair of my dark washed, butt lifting and hugging Ariat jeans, my favorite boots, no makeup, another one of my infamous caps, my dads shades, and a pearl snap around my waist to top it off. He left my room while I got dressed in whatever he picked out. When he saw the outfit, he grabbed one of my belts and the walletbuckle that matched my outfit. He opened my wallet and got my ID and debit card out along with the cash for tonight.
I put the belt on and put the cash in my phone case. I pocketed my phone in one of the deep front pockets before looking at myself in the mirror. "Dude. Im not a buckle bunny." I told him. "Tonight you are." He said. I crossed my arms at him. "You just want me to succeed in getting laid tonight." I told him. "Extremely true." He said.
Dad texted me then. 'Come to the fairgrounds early today.' "Looks like Pops is saying they need me to run a few errands." I said. I asked what kind of errands needed to be ran. His reply was just to be there early. I grabbed some lunch with Jax before we went to the fairgrounds. The errands consisted of bathing the broncs. I luckily had an extra tank in my truck.
They were not as dirty as I thought they would be. Once each were bathed, I put fresh bedding down for the bulls and brushed them out. Right about time, Jax winked at me. He followed me to my truck to make sure I changed back into the tank he thought I should wear. I put my shirt back on making sure it was secured to my waist. "I love you and hate you at the same time." I told him. "Love you too sis!" He said.
We both walked back towards the chutes. My dad was the first to see us coming back. He raised a brow. I pointed at Jax. He shook his head. Jax wanted me to grow up quickly. My dad did not. I did not realize how much of a crop top I was wearing until some guy tried to pull me to him. I moved to Jax's other side. The guy had looked him up and down too.
"Somebody wants a warm hole." I mumbled. "He ain't getting it from me." Jax said. "Agreed." I said. We went up to the concession stand for supper. Before either of us could pull out money, an arm went between Jax and I. "Like I said last night dinner is on me." Came a familiar voice. "You paying for my parents too?" I asked. "Yes." He answered.
I glanced over at Jax. He was glancing between me and the guy. We got our food before we turned. I was pulled towards the middle of Jax and the guy. The same guy that was eye raping me and Jax was watching again. I partially moved closer to the strange guy. Once passing by him the guy next to me leaned down.
"He won't do anything to ya." He said. I went ahead a little bit and went to the pens behind the chutes. "Supper." I said give dad his supper. "Thanks sweetheart." Dad said. "I'm going to find a seat with Jax." I told them. "Be careful." Dad said. I went back and before I could get out of the pens that guy had me cornered.
"Hello baby girl. Got a sugar daddy?" He asked. He was about to touch me when a guy whistled behind him. He turned and got punched in the face. "He didn't hurt you, did he?" The guy asked. "No." I answered. "Good. Please come with me." He said. I didn't know him but I might as well get to know him.
I followed him until I saw him going up. Jax sat a little ways away from the guy that bought us dinner. I climbed up and sat down next to Jax. The guy that saved me sat behind me. "That guy is not nice." The one behind me said. "He needs to learn to leave the girls that are watching alone." The one next to me said.
Jax nudged me. I looked at both of them. "You two visiting?" I asked. "Competing more like." The one next to me said. "What do you compete in?" I asked turning towards them. "Bronc riding." "Spectating." The one above me watches the one next to me ride broncs. "So you guys travel together but only one competes." I said.
They both nodded. The one that competes went to ride and the other stayed put. Jax noticed someone down on the ground. "Hey. I'll be right back." He said. He left me with the other guy. I didn't mind since he was there to watch. Same as me. This fall, I'll be starting classes at Vernon and rodeoing with their team. High school rodeo is every weekend in the fall and spring.
I didn't make finals this year and am hoping to make it college bound.
