The day was dreary as the group made the walk to the cemetery where (Y/N)'s partner had been buried. They were all quiet as they walked, staring at the sidewalk as they listened to the thunder roll in the distance. It'd be stormy later.
The whole time they walked, (Y/N) felt peaceful for once in the past few weeks. The voices had been quiet. There was no hallucination in the mirror. It was nice; it was just her and Elliot again until they met up with the boys to head out.
"Momma, where are we going?" Elliot asked from where he walked with Sherlock.
"We're going to see someone special." she replied. Her answer didn't satisfy Elliot as he turned to ask Sherlock the same question.
"To see someone your mother loved very much." he had replied, and that seemed to satisfy him enough.
The group fell into their silence again as they reached the cemetery and walked through the rows to find their stone. When they came to a stop, she wasn't sure what to say. "Can I have a moment?" she asked them quietly, and the boys walked off.
Gently she knelt down and took a deep breath. "Hey," she began, biting her lip. "It's been awhile. I know I haven't been visiting lately, and I should have been visiting more often."
There was a moment of silence. "But that's not the only reason why I'm here. You were so good to me, and when you passed I didn't think I could move on. I found someone I think I can continue raising Elliot with. You remember John, right? He shares a flat with a genius who solves mysteries for a living; the infamous Sherlock Holmes."
Elliot's taken such a liking to him in the past few months that they've been babysitting him. He loves going out on cases with the boys; we even helped them solve a few. Life is good, but we both miss you terribly. I feel guilty trying to move on. John says that moving on is what you would have wanted, but I'm not sure."
(Y/N) looked over at Sherlock and smiled as she watched him play with Elliot. "I think I'm ready to move on, but it only felt right to let you know." Again, a wave of peace washed over her, and like the night before, she felt tears prick the corner of her eyes. She knew that was their sign that it was okay.
The boys joined her at the stone as she hugged Sherlock's waist. "Everything okay?" he asked.
"Couldn't be better."

-Two Months Later-
Since that day at the cemetery, life was back to normal. (Y/N)'s hallucinations had disappeared seemingly overnight. School started and the boys watched over Elliot as she went to work, falling back into their same routine as before.
However, as (Y/N) climbed back up the stairs to 221b after work, she wasn't prepared for the surprise she was in for. Elliot ran up to her for hugs before she looked to the other boys for an explanation.
"We talked to Mrs. Hudson about it, and since you're practically family now, we'd love to have you move in," Sherlock told her. She smiled and gave him a kiss.
"I'd love to."
That weekend was filled with moving everything from (Y/N)'s old apartment, and Elliot insisting that his bed be set up in Sherlock's room. Even though (Y/N) thought he should get his own space, Sherlock told them that it was fine and that he barely slept anyway. What was his, was Elliot's.
And so life continued, and it was beautiful.
I hope you think of me highly, when you're with someone else

A.N: And just like that, we have reached the end of CALM. Gosh, it feels like just yesterday when I started this project, and I'm happy with how it came out. This chapter might be one of my favorites, to be honest.
Please feel free to comment, vote, and share with your friends that also like BBC's Sherlock!
If you enjoyed this story, I have two other completed Sherlock fics that you might enjoy: 'Youngblood' and 'Keys and Strings'. And don't worry, this isn't the last of Sherlock you'll see on my profile.
Once again, like always, thank you for reading CALM!
Until next time,
~Em
