I see samuel holding my hand confessing to me.

Not gonna lie,he was genuine with his feelings.

So I didn't wanted to hurt him. Starting from the beginning he did nothing wrong,neither with me nor ethan.

He just wanted to get close to me only to get pushed by me.......

And I guess Something's can't change.

I hold his hand as I stand up

"Listen! Samuel! I wanted to talk about this .....and thats why I am here.......see you are a really sweet person! And deserve to be loved.and someday , someone is gonna look at you like your the best thing in this entire world.....but I can't be her!..I'm SORRY!" I say looking down feeling bad for rejecting him. But I knew it was for the best.

I've learnt to get my priorities .

His hold on my hand loosens,as he looks at me with trembling hands.

"........is it because of Ethan?" He asks

A smile creeps up my face at his mention,trust me ethan is the best thing happened in my life.

Maybe I smile a bit more with Samuel,but no one can make me feel like ethan does.

His sole existance feels like a blessing for me.

"You know they say  'dont show someone your good side just to make them stay, show them your worst side and see who stays ' I know ethan is not at his best now but I want to be with him through his worst to see his best." I say smiling at him.

" I-i is this your final decision?..." He asks almost crying

I feel bad for rejecting him like this,but I know I can't lie to myself,the charisma ethan has is something I can never experience.

"I'm sorry! But I love him, it's for our best!..." I say patting his shoulder

He looks at me,"I won't force you,as I promised!...i got selected for the classic dance courses I applied in LA I wanted to tell you my feelings before I left although I knew you had a thing for Ethan but I had a hope somewhere that you might say yes...but I guess we are not destined together....but can I just hug you one last time?......"

I smile as I hug him and wish him goodluck for his future.

I turn around to leave when

"Why can't you just be mine?how bad am I compared to him?"he asks with glitter eyes.sniffling a sob

I run towards his aunt's house and ring the doorbell,

His aunt opens the door with a irritated and sleepy face,I know it's weird coz its like almost 12 at night .

She looks at me surprised."adley?what are you doing here at this hour?" She asks rubbing her eyes

"Ok it may sound crazy but can I see Ethan now?" I ask with a pleading face.

"Umm yeah he is upstairs,but can I know what's hap-"

"Thankyou so much!I'll explain you after this...sorry"

I say dodging her as I move upstairs.

She looks at me scratching her forehead mumbling"kids these days" and gets back to her room
