If there is one thing in my life that I regret, it was not accepting Seokjin as he is way back when I first knew we were mates. Because, if I did, I wouldn't have waited for another century and a half to be this happy. I saw how Seokjin broke down, fell apart and slowly came back to and made me who I am today.
I thought My Seokjin is already at peace in another life, I befriended the sea, thinking that maybe the waves can send my messages to him. That maybe, he will forgive me for what I have done to him. But it turns out that he is alive. He came back to me and forgave me despite all that I did to him.
I knew the real him, always so talkative and jolly. He said it was his way to make up to all the things he couldn't say and express back then when everyone shuts him up. My heart ached at that, but he kissed all the pain away and told me that I was one of the reasons why he felt more confident now than ever. So now even if he talked for about an hour and so, I can gladly listen to him knowing perfectly why he is like that ...
"Do you know Soobin, your Dad loves to talk at the sea thinking that appa is there, he looks so crazy back then, but you know, that is really sweet. I heard our father laughed. "Your mate surely doesn't know how to stop, right? Look at Soobin, he is almost falling asleep but is startled at Seokjin."
I laughed when Soobin suddenly opened his eyes at Seokjin's surprised squeal. "Oh! I forgot I was cooking!"
I laughed and Seokjin looked at me. He smiled at me and rushed to the kitchen. I walked to Soobin who quickly fell asleep when Seokjin left. "You love listening to your Appa's voice to huh? You kept trying to wake up just to listen to him."
I kissed his forehead and went to check on Seokjin. And as usual, he is babbling.
"Oh goodness. I thought it burned. If it did, I will literally scream. I have been bragging this to my Alpha, I can't disappoint him." He took a spoonful of his dish and nodded his head. "Perfect."
I went to him and hugged him from the back. "I love you." I whispered.
"Oh, what are you doing here? Is Soobin asleep already?" He asked. I nodded. He faced me and gave me a lingering kiss. "I love you too, Alpha."
"Are you done cooking?" I inquired.
"Yeah. Wanna eat? This is great, you know. Pork stew is my specialty plus its vegetables are really fresh you will enjoy it. I even added a bit of –"
I cut him off with a kiss. He immediately opened his mouth to let me in. I cupped his ass and pulled him close. "I need you right now. I can leave Soobin to dad for a while. I can't resist anymore."
"You always can't resist. What's new?" He laughed and pecked my lips again. He grabbed my hand and he led me towards our room. Dad just shook his head and laughed with Mom.
Sometimes, happy endings doesn't need to be grand. We had our trying times but nothing will tear us apart anymore. I won't let my Seokjin walk away from my life ever again.
"What are you waiting for, Alpha. My ass is waiting for you."
I growled when I saw him on all fours showing his ass to me all wet with slick.
Happy ending spiel can wait but first, I need tto take care of My Seokjin and our throbbing members.
