"Oh my God, what was I thinking."
Dressed in a plain white tee-shirt and black jeans, Temari began to question her recent choices.
At last, Sunday had arrived and her mission had begun. The others had already traveled to their assigned district using their alias and alibis.

That left her and Hawks. Unfortunately, the blond man had the inability to stay hidden courtesy of his trademark scarlet wings and therefore chose to take a private lift to Sakura.
Temari was going under the alias, Mari, a small towns girl who was in here for a little getaway from her daily life. It was only natural she'd take the train. Problem was Temari had never boarded one.

So still on the stairway that lead to the subway station, she was this close to face palming for not thinking of an alternative form of transportation. Maybe she could ask Lucy for another favour.

Not.

The woman was already living in her house all the while trying to not strangle her boss and throw her chemistry books out the window.
Plus, it was dangerous to include her in her hero work. Misoka was in court finalizing her divorce papers and fighting for Neito's custody.

No one was bailing her out of this one. How could she ask questions without drawing too much attention? Normal people knew how to get on a train. Sadly, she was not normal. Every single person in the station began looking intimidating. The business men in their suits on the phone, the mothers holding their children to their hip and the groups of middle schoolers and high schoolers gossiping amongst themselves.
And she was supposed to be a brave hero.

'Can I Google this out?' As embarrassing as it sounded, it was probably the only way out of the situation. Curse her ignorance.

Letting go of her suitcase, she dipped her hand into her pocket to retrieve her smartphone. The suitcase traitorously wheeled down the steps and hit the person that leaned against the wall.

She cringed when the assaulted man cursed out loud from the sudden weight hitting his leg.
"Sorry!" Temari bit her lips to hold back her wince. The man turned to her ready to give her a piece of his mind but paused.
There was momentary silence and the redhead wondered why he had stopped himself.
"This yours?" He gestured to the suitcase by his leg. She nodded solemnly, walking down the steps till she was on the same level.

'He's huge!' She noticed. Maybe he wasn't really that tall but her short self of 5'4 had to crane her neck upwards to even hold eye contact with him.
He had silver white hair with crystal like blue eyes. He clenched his jaw before saying slowly.
"Here you go." He picked up the pink suitcase and handed it to her. Temari received it wordlessly.

"I'm sorry" she apologized dropping the case by her side.
"It's fine. Was an accident" he smiled showing his pearl white teeth. A few seconds ago he looked ready to murder her and now he was smiling like it was all peachy.

Eventually they got further acquainted- more so he asked questions and she returned them. What was her name? Did she live around there? She answered them all cautiously, using her alias.
His name was Haru and he was on a business trip to Sakura.
When he said the name she thanked whoever was upstairs for not abandoning her.

______

Sakura District had earned its name from its reputation of it's assortment of Sakura trees. It surrounded the entire place. It's main source of revenue was from tourism. During spring, where the Sakura trees blossomed, people from around the country flocked around watching in wonder and appreciation as the Sakura petals soared in the sky.
Too bad it was Summer, Temari would've lived the sight. Instead she sat in her hotel room watching her partner squeeze himself in through the window.
