"Jack you don't understand I was put under a spell. When I passed out Maleficent took over my body. Please understand that it wasn't me. I love you." She tried explaining. I couldn't get over the fact that she tried to kill me.
"Prove it." I say. She opened her mouth to talk then closed it. A tear rolled down her cheek as she turned away.
"I can't." She said quietly. She walked out of the room. I felt extremely bad. Did I do the right thing? Or did I make another mistake? I went back to my normal position. I stared at the ceiling. Slowly I fell back asleep.
When I woke up again, I was disappointed to find that Rapunzel wasn't there. Instead I found a ring. The ring she was wearing when I woke up. There was a note next to it.

I picked up the ring and read the words engraved into the inside of the ring. Everything came back to me. All of the memories, the events, and our relationship. Everything. I got up fast making me fell dizzy. I ran to 4503, I threw open the door to see a blonde guy, hugging my Punzie. I stomped over and they separated.
"Jack. Do you remember?" She said sounding happy. I nodded and smiled while the blonde tried sneaking out. I grabbed his shirt fabric, and threw him against the wall. I put my forearm on his throat.
"I want you to stay away from my girlfriend!" I shout. Letting him go. I thought he would run out the door but no. He came back and pinned me against the wall. I head butted him and caused my head to start hurting. Rapunzel got up and tried to break up the fight. Another hit to the head and you'll be in trouble Jack! I thought. My head ached, and my actions became fuzzy. All I remember is Rapunzel calling my name and me getting punched in the eye.

I tensed at every movement. I was waiting for Rapunzel to wake up. She eventually rolled over, facing me and opened her eyes. I leaned forward a little. She sat up and yawned groggily.
"What happened?" She said trying to sit up. I helped her sit up and told her that during the fight she tried to grab my arm and stop the fighting, and I threw her to the ground. Causing her to hit her head on the floor and get a minor concussion. I felt bad, I hardly ever feel good anymore.
"Rapunzel I am so sorry! I didn't mean it. I don't know what came over me. All I remember thinking is that he was trying to break us up. I'm so sor-" I was interrupted because Rapunzel had leaned forward and kissed me. I of course kissed back.
"I've had enough break ups and drama happen. It's almost like the Disney Universe is against us. But there's not a strong enough force in the world to make me stop loving you." She says smiling. I kissed her.
"How touching! Really! It makes a person think about the decisions she made in her lifetime. Oh well. I choose this path. Not a force strong enough. What about this one?" An all to familiar voice said. I hugged Rapunzel she was pale. Soon a searing pain shot through my body, and by the look on Rapunzel's face, she was experiencing the same pain.
"This will all stop if you just give up on true love." The voice cackled.
"Never!" I shouted I took Rapunzel's hand, pulled out our promise ring and put it on her finger. A force blew us apart. I was lying on the floor near her bed and she was near the door. I crawled to her. She wasn't moving. Maybe she had given up. No I won't think like that. Once I reached her. I flipped her on her back and kissed her. She temporarily opened her eyes and then kissed back. By this time we were both glowing a gold color. When we broke apart I realized we started to float. We slowly sank to the floor. We were hand in hand when our villain came into view. It was Maleficent. Rapunzel instantly recoiled and hid her face in my shirt. I wrapped my arms around her, comforting her. She started to cry, but she didn't let it show.
"Leave! You're not wanted here. You've caused enough torture!" I shout at her, I picked up my staff which fell on the floor during the whole event.
"What if I don't decide to leave? You gonna give me a splinter?" She snarled. She advanced. I quickly froze her. The guards soon came in and rolled her out to jail. Rapunzel's head was still buried into my shirt.
"Rapunzel, she's gone and won't ever bother you again." I say looking down at her. She separated from me and gave me a grateful smile. I put my arm around her and guided her to the hospital check out desk.
"We'll be checking out now. Thanks." I said. We have been to the hospital so many times that all the employees knew us by name.
"Okay, you two have a lovely day!" She responds clicking on her computer.
"You too!" I shout back. I walked hand and hand with Rapunzel. We walked all the way to our apartments so we had time to clarify everything and be ready to be bombarded with questions. We were we quickly explained everything and then went out for dinner. When we got back it was really late at night. I kissed Rapunzel goodnight, and I walked up the flight of stairs with Hiccup and Merida. Merida was spending the night since her apartment was farther away. When I got inside of my apartment I turned our sofa into a bed. I finally collapsed on my bed only to be waken by Rapunzel three hours later. She had tear stained cheeks. I sighed.
"Punzie, what's the matter?" I ask.
"I had a dream that you-you died." She stuttered. I moved over so she would have room on the bed. She quickly ran over and sat next to me. I put my arm around her, comforting her.
"I will never leave you."
