Wolf (chapter 2) "foe to friend"

*this is when the day ended and Wolf went home*

"Come in you can stay with me for now" Wolf said. "You don't have to help me... honestly you shouldn't be helping me." She said. "I know I don't have to but I want to." He said. "Fine... you always win arguments anyways." She said. "I'm not forcing you to stay but it would be nice to have someone around." He said. Obsidian just walked into the living room and lied down. Wolf heard a phone ring upstairs so he went up to se what it was. "Hello?" "Hello we are going to multiple people with a book that recently got discovered and its in a strange language that hasn't been seen before." "Did you just write random things down?" "No wait did you not hear? This was found by white and she wants to know if anyone has any idea what language this is." "Fine send it over I've seen a lot of languages." "Okay it should be there in.... 30 minutes to an hour bye." Wolf hangs up. "Wonder what this book is about." He went down stairs and checked on obsidian who was lying down not doing anything. "Hey is there anything you want to do?" Wolf asked. Obsidian doesn't answer. "Hey what's wrong?" He asked. He walked over to her and sat down beside her and started to pet her and she looked at him. "I honestly don't under stand why you are helping me if anything you should be against me." She said. "You need to stop saying that it won't change my mind and it isn't true." He said. "It is!" She said. He stopped petting her and hugged her. "Just calm down at least." He said. "Fine." She said. He stopped hugging her but kept her near him. He was looking at her she still seemed upset but she calmed down a bit. Wolf ended up falling asleep next to her.

*30 minutes later*

Wolf gets woken up by a door bell he looks confused but then realized he fell asleep and he went to the door. "Yes?" Hey this is the guy that was on the phone earlier and here's the book." "Ok, I'll let you know if I have any idea what it might be." "Thank you and bye." "Bye." Wolf went back inside and looked at the books cover which hade a weird languages but he soon found he could read and understand it. "What the. How do I know this" he said out loud. "What? Know what?" She asked. "I said that out loud didn't I?" He asked. "Yes." She said. "Well somehow I understand this language but I've never seen it before..." "can I see?" "Sure but it won't make sense." "..... I think I've seen this writing before I don't understand it but I have seen it it was next to..... a picture of what seemed to be a demon but it had crystals on its paws and it's wings where also crystals" "like this?" He shows her a picture of what she just described. "Ya that was it." "Weird." Wolf started reading the book and found it was about these crystal demons which he hade never heard of. Wolf finished a page when he heard knocking and went to answer the door. "Yes?" Wolf asked. "Are you the one who currently has the book?" White asked. "Yes I do." Wolf said. "Do you know what it is?" White asked. "Could I talk to you in private?" Wolf asked. "Sure." White said. White walked in wolf closed the door and went upstairs into a room which had a desk and a few chairs Wolf sat down and White sat down. "So why did you want to talk to me in private?" White asked. "Because well because I can read and understand what this book says, and I don't understand why I can." Wolf said. "Wait you can read it?" White asked. (Wolf accidentally talks in the language.) "what?!?!" White said. "I think I can speak it to which is weird it's my first time seeing this language... but it's like I've known it all my life." Wold said. "Strange and what's you're name?" White asked. "Oh umm just call me spy." Wolf said "spy?" White asked. "Kind of a nickname I got for not talking, wearing all black, and knowing how to fight quit well." Wolf said. "Could you take off the mask?" White asked. "No... it would be bad I... we'll I would have a terrible life again" Wolf said. "Wait terrible life... wait Wolf?" Wolf is slightly taken by surprise and shows that it was surprising to him. "Ummm no." Wolf said. White quickly takes off his mask. "Wolf it is you!" White yelled. White hugs Wolf and he flinches. "Wolf it's been so long and I'm so sorry." White said. "Wait you're sorry?" Wolf asked. "Yes for what I did and making you're life so bad I didn't want to but if I didn't dad would have been worse and if I hadn't agreed with him on kicking you out and into a small house that's more like a shed he would have killed you." White said. "Fine but don't tell anyone else who i am." Wolf said. White stoped hugging him and move back a little. "Ok, but if you can read it what's it about? From the pictures all I could tell is it's about crystal demons I have tried finding good information on it but there isn't any." White said. "It is about crystal demons but I am still trying to figure it out and I want to read more of it." Wolf said. "Well since you seem to be the only one able to read it and I do kind of want to know about crystal demons I guess you can have it for a bit longer just please be careful with it." White said. "I'm just as curious as you and I feel there might be more books in this language somewhere but for now this is the only one." Wolf said. "Yes I think we have books in strange languages in the library in the tower, you could look around there if you would like." White said handing him a key card. "Yes I'll definitely check if there's anything I'll let you know. Wolf said handing her what seemed to be a small phone. "What's this?" White asked. "It's basically a phone but for now only me and you can use the line and it can't be tracked." Wolf said. "Are you sure?" White asked. "I mean did you find me by tracking it?" Wolf asked. "No but we looked for others." White said. "This one would have shown up if it wasn't able to not be tracked." Wolf said. "Ok thanks well bye I should go" she said. "Bye." Wolf said.
