I woke up to the feeling of someone shaking.
I looked down and saw Newt shaking.
"Shh. Shh" I rubbed his head slowly.
The guys were staring at us and Thomas was smiling at me.
I kissed Newts forehead.
"Shh. Calm down love"
He calmed down and opened his eyes. He looked around and looked at me.
"Come on let's get up"
He got off of me and I climbed down the ladder. He followed me and we walked to the lunchroom and started eating.
Janson came in and started saying names.
"Nobody goes through that door" Thomas said.
"You dont know what you saw" Newt said. I was confused.
"I saw bodies Newt. Aris said they are bringing a new batch in every night"
"Who the hell's Aris?" I asked.
He looked at someone so we looked. It was the guy who has been here for almost a week now.
Janson called the last name and they started leaving.
"Just don't draw any attention to ourselves ok"
Thomas didn't listen. He got up and walked to the door.
The guard wouldn't let him though.
Then Thomas started walking over but turned around and ran to the guard and we ran over. I held Thomas back.
Then Janson walked in.
"What's happening here?" Janson asked.
"Thomas. Thought we could trust each other. You know we are all on the same team here"
"Are we?" He asked.
"Get them to their bunks"
Then they grabbed us and I growled at them and they brought us to our room and threw us in.
The door shut and I growled.
"What the hell was that about?" Minho asked.
"You didnt think they were just going to let you through?" Newt asked.
"No" Thomas pulled a key card out.
"Now we find out what's on the other side of that door"
We sighed.
"Newt they're hiding something. Ok these people are not who they say they are"
"No Thomas you dont know that" Newt said.
"The only thing that we do know is that they helped rescue us from WICKED. They gave us new clothes, food, they gave us a proper bed. Some of us havent had that in a long time" Newt said.
"Some of us are a lot longer than others" he said.
Then we heard a noise. It was from the floor. The vent door came out and a boy came out.
"Hey Thomas. Did you get it?"
"Yeah I got it"
"Alright maybe you guys are right. Maybe I'm just being paranoid. But I have to find out for sure. Just cover for me"
He then left.
I got up and walked to the wall.
Newt came over and sighed.
